411 Carolina Blvd is the perfect place for your next family vacation.  This classic Isle of Palms bungalow has everything you and your guests will need for creating wonderful memories.  Located just a short walk (2 blocks) from the beach and with it's own private pool, this large fenced in yard, ample decking, charcoal grill and outdoor shower with both hot/cold water creates the perfect outdoor paradise.  This bungalow also features several screened in porches and a large deck for even more enjoyment.   

Upon entering this home off the screened porch, you will find an open living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and the master suite.  The dining table provides seating for 8 with addition dining space on the porch.  The living area offers a large HDTV and comfortable seating for all to relax and enjoy after a long day in the sun. 

Downstairs are 3 additional bedrooms, 2 featuring queen beds and the other offering 2 twins.  Here you will also find another living area, wet bar and pool table!   This space is truly one of the highlights of the home.  But not to worry, if you aren't a pool shark you can challenge one of your guests to a friendly game of ping pong on the downstairs screened in porch! 

This charming lowcountry beach home is centrally located between Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, which makes access on and off the Island very easy.  You will find many restaurants in close proximity to this home and Historic Downtown Charleston is only a short 20 minute drive!

Although we had not so great weather. We made the best of it in a beautiful home. It met all our needs for our large family. Sweetgrass Properties was very accommodating and quick to reply. The house was comfortable with great beds and had everything we needed. The ping pong table and pool table was a well needed diversion on a rainy day. We would highly recommend this home and Sweetgrass Properties. We would love to come back some day in a warmer month! Thank you!

This house was in the perfect location for Isle of Palms. The house was clean with a washer and dryer and all the things you could need or want. Quick walk to the beach or a short golf cart ride. So close to shops, dining and super market. It was hard to tell how the house was set up from the pictures, but it was perfect. Pool was lovely and the outside showers were a huge hit. We will definitely come back.

House proximity to beach great. I have been to many beaches on both coasts and have to say this was #1 by a long shot. The house met our expectations and we had a great 2 weeks. Everybody loved the outdoor shower. The rest you don't have to include: I called the office twice before coming to see if there was filtered water and never got an answer. We brought a lot only to find there was a filter in the fridge. It had to be replaced as water wouldn't go through it. I purchased ping pong paddles(left them)and balls as the ones there were not useable. Ad should say grill is charcoal. Direct TV sucks. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was so clean and organized. The theme flowed together well thru out the house. So many different activities were provided to so on the property (pool, pool table, ping pong table, games) there was never a dull moment! We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much!!!

Great house, would happily come back! Easy walk to the beach, plenty of parking, nice pool, beds were all good. Kitchen worked well and had everything we needed. Easy ride into Charleston or bike to a bunch of restaurants on the island. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. Lots to do with the swimming pool, pool table, and ping pong. Only negative was 8 adults and 2 bathrooms were at times a bit difficult but manageable. The house was clean and obviously taken care of… you won’t regret staying here!!

This was a nice house about 1 1/2 blocks from the ocean and from the intercoastal waters. Quiet area within a short distance to the public beach and little shops and beach bars on Isle of Palms. The pool was very nice. Nice rooms up and down. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The house overall could use some updating and replace some fixtures, but over all this is a quality stay for a family or couples getting away. I always prefer a house along the beach or across the street from the beach, to enjoy more of the ocean. This is a smaller house and you cannot view the ocean at all due to the houses between. But over all, this is a good option, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The house was spacious and perfect! The beds were so comfy! I loved all of the patios and decks. I wish beach/ pool towels had been provided. We brought enough but one couple flew in and they did not have room in their luggage.

Family of 4 adults, so 3 rooms occupied. We had an amazing New Year on the IoP. This house was a true home from home containing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We flew in from UK, but booking, checking in and checking out couldn’t have been easier. Had a storm which kept us in one day and we had a family pool competition - great addition to the house. Thank you Sweetgrass, I hope we can do this again.

Sweetgrass Properties were very nice and communication was friendly and questions answered quickly. The after hours call was immediately answered and problem resolved. The house met all of our needs as it had a private swimming pool and was close to the beach. The upstairs looked newly renovated and the side screened-in porch was a bonus. The only complaint was the downstairs shower backed up once and the area smelled of sewage. We used the Drano which was in the bathroom and the problem resolved. Is this an ongoing issue? Two adults were the only ones using this bathroom so I’m wondering if this would be a bigger problem if more people would have been using this bathroom for the week?

Every thing was very good, enjoyed the location, close to beach and village. Beautiful golf courses nearby and property is nicely maintained. Did not like the Ultrasoft mattresses! They are the only reason I would not choose this property again. Other than that the property was very comfortable and suited our family perfectly.

3 couples so enjoyed our stay at 411 Carolina Blvd. Great location, well stocked, refreshing swimming pool, private & neatly kept back yard for sunning, corn hole & ladder toss, fun pool table with other games supplied, multiple decks & porches, clean home... nothing else needed. 411 was exactly what my family needed for a "forget about it all" getaway. The property and amenities were perfect for us. The convenient layout, up to date kitchen and other amenities made for a great week. Whether we wanted to enjoy a meal at home or go out, we had everything at our finger tips and easy access to all that IOP has to offer. The short walk to the beach was an amazing way to start and end each day. Looking forward to getting back soon. M.B.

My family was looking to get away during the holiday for some quiet time and a change of scenery. We couldn't have been happier with this wonderful property. The layout was perfect for a family of 4. While we were able to enjoy our own personal space when desired, the ability to gather as a family for activities was perfect. A very short walk to the beautiful beach and being centrally located to all of the IOP amenities made the stay easy and hassle free. Clean and up to date. We'll be back.

I was impressed with the efficiency and very friendly professional staff. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. All of my guest were very pleased. The layout of the house allowed all guest their space. As well a cozy roomy place to cook and enjoy being together. We made good use of both large screen. Porches

This property was perfect for our group. It was clean and well maintained with a great layout. The kids loved the ping pong and pool table. The outside shower was a great performance.
