Hello. My husband and I typically stay in larger homes, because we are usually on Kiawah with larger group. This is our first time staying in a condo. We decided to book a value priced condo because we were visiting for meetings with contractors and knew we would not be spending much time at the condo. It was inexpensive, comfortable and had a great location (we wanted to be close to Cassique), which is what we were looking for. My only complaint was the few bugs we had to get rid of. I’m sure this is common, but I have never had bugs in a house I rented before. We would definitely stay in these types of condos again if it was just my husband and I but would surely be renting a two bedroom just for a little more space.

We enjoyed the clean and comfortable condo. It was very conveniently located near the beach and shopping was not far away. Since we were out most of the day it was perfect for a place to crash at night.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is small, but is the absolute perfect size for a couple getting away for a few days. We were here for marathon weekend and it was the perfect spot to walk to/from the marathon festivities and to hunker down in before and after the race. Although the decor and furniture is pretty outdated, it felt cozy and well cared for. Our only issue was that the mattress on the bed was so incredibly firm/hard, it wasn't ideal for longer than 2-3 nights tops. If that issue were corrected, we would absolutely book this exact condo again!

Very well decorated and clean Condo. We have been staying at Kiawah for 20 years and this was the nicest Condo unit we’ve stayed in. In person better than the pictures and most importantly less than 100 yards to the beach boardwalk.

We enjoyed staying at this location it felt like home! It was very clean, well appointed and great location. Our only drawback was that it is on a second floor walk up , normally it wouldn’t be a bother but if you have bad knees or a hip problem it would have been nice to know in advance. Other than that, we give it a thumbs up!

Great appointed suite! Our only drawback is not knowing it’s a second one floor walk up with lots of stairs, the address on building was hard to find.. Especially for someone with a hip problem. The suite is well appointed, clean and well supplied! Great location!great parking! Looking forward to future stays.

Hello, Me and my wife enjoyed our stay. We have nothing negative to report about our accommodations or the resort. The emails were informative and information once we arrived was suffice. Our only struggle was upon arriving, we could not find the address number because we were overlooking there was a second floor or upstairs unit address. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo since our attractions were all out of the area. The condo met our needs since there was only two of us. Thanks

We had a wonderful week's stay at this unit. It was clean and comfortable, and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, and is a pleasant shaded path. The kitchen and bath have been nicely updated. Might be nice to have a larger TV in the family room and HD cable service, but certainly not a necessity as we didn't watch too much tv. We cooked in quite a bit, and the kitchen was well stocked, especially for its size. Overall it was perfect for our first stay in Kiawah!

This was an excellent experience during the ongoing pandemic of 2021. The rental unit was clean and I felt safe. I sat on the screened porch and watched the birds and squirrels in the trees. There were no crowds on the beach and the weather was wonderful, so many sunny days.

The villa was perfect for two people! The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be useful if items like oil and some basic spices were available. The location is steps away from the beach which enjoyed a walk or bicycle ride on each day.

With a short walk to the beach, this villa was perfect for us. Very clean and nicely decorated. We loved having breakfast on the screened in porch. We saw 4 deer one late afternoon. We will definitely be returning.

I had a great time staying at 3585 Seascape. The condo was clean and was a very efficient space. I felt very comfortable during my stay, and it was equipped with plenty of kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, etc. I loved the location with 1 minute walk to the boardwalk and a very close drive to Freshfields Village. Everyone I spoke with at Sweetgrass was super friendly and very helpful. It would be nice to have a later check out time than 10 am, considering check in is at 4pm because you don't really have much of those days.

My husband and I stayed in a beautiful condo just steps from the beach in Kiawah. We were absolutely thrilled and impressed with the condo and the entire Sweetgrass management experience. The place was immaculate. There were plenty of reference materials, a nice beach bag, and some coffee and cleaning supplies to get us started. The entire trip was stress free and exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely return to a Sweetgrass rental in the future. Top notch!! The condo was perfect in every way!I am so impressed with Sweetgrass. I had to contact the Sweetgrass office and they quickly answered my question and were very thorough and pleasant.

Sweetgrass was prompt in confirming our reservation. They sent our gate pass and code to access the villa in a timely manner. Everything was ready and clean when we got here. Consequently we have not had a need to contact them during our stay. The villa has been updated and is nicely decorated. The shower is good, the kitchen is well stocked, and the bed is comfortable. The location is great for bicycle riding and has easy beach access.

The emails were very information. I had to call with a question which was quickly answered by a super friendly associate. This rental was perfect for our quick beach trip. The condo was nicely updated and clean. We would love to rent this again.
