Sitting right on the 16th green of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course, this newly renovated 4 bedroom, 4 bath home on Seabrook Island is the perfect island oasis. The home is a great spot to experience the Seabrook Island life and see the vast array of wildlife and nature.

When you enter the home, the windows give off gorgeous natural light. The open concept floor plan looks onto the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are full golf course views throughout this area from the floor to ceiling windows, and it also opens to the back deck and screened in porch. The dining room has seating for 8 guests, and the living room is equipped with a flat screen TV. The home also has complimentary Wi-Fi. The fully-equipped kitchen is updated with a large center island and abundant cabinet space. It is the perfect spot to whip up a delicious southern meal.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor of the home. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The other two guest bedrooms have one queen each and also have their own private bathrooms. The last bedroom is on the second floor above the garage. There are two twin beds, and an additional trundle bed, so 4 twins total. It also has its own bathroom.

The home comes with a full-access amenity card to the Lake House and Beach Club pools (some fees apply for additional amenities), and is just a quick walk to the beach- about 10 minutes. There is a neighborhood lagoon right across the street, perfect for fishing, and a walking path right beside the home to continue to explore the area!

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost.ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

House was overall nice, comfortable and clean, easy access to beach/beach club/pool. House was missing some basics: Regular coffee maker provided (not K-cup) but no filters provided; only 3 garbage bags provided for a house being rented for 6 nights to 3 adults and 2 children. Garage was another’s story. The garbage can and recycling can in the garage were full from the previous renter; flies everywhere around the cans and maggots all over inside of garbage can as a result. Sink stoppers in bathroom sinks either missing altogether or did not work. Would give the place another chance, as these are things that the property manager can address pretty easily.

We have stayed here for several years, and for us, the best choice. Nice and large with roomy area for eating and spending time together. Also screened porch, and two porches to sit outside and read, visit….facing the golf course. The house is off the Seabrook Island road…with at least three clusters of ~ 4 homes each. Bordered across was a sleepy river, foliage,…off the beaten path with no car traffic cutting through the area. Our home was large, and easily accommodated my husband and me, son, wife, and their son, and daughter with husband and two teenage boys. Two of our grandchildren… 8th and 10th grade liked the freedom of biking and easy ride to the large pool area. They were content….plus took advantage of the playing tennis, etc., plus being on the different beach accesses. They also liked biking over to Freshfields and having personal freedom. We view Seabrook as our happy place ….and hope to have more years with our family!

We have stayed here for three + years, and have already arranged it for next year. Our family of 9 plus now a toddler find it suits our needs perfectly. Just off the main Seabrook Road, we are able to quickly and easily bike/ drive to the pool area, etc. Our house is across from the river…and this area is secluded. No drive through traffic…. Perfect for our needs..,and hope for many more visits making sweet memories.

We had an incredible week in Seabrook! Once we got our bearings on the Island we took advantage of both the beach, the beach club pool and even a pony ride for our oldest grand-daughter. Weather could not have been more beautiful. Thanks to Seagrass for such prompt replies and attention to our every need (even supplying a new large pot for a low country boil!) we felt right at home! The house does need some tlc but Seagrass was well-aware of these things and either fixed them immediately or told us they were aware working on them. Nothing hindered our comfort and we had everything that we needed. We plan to return to Kiawah next summer with Seagrass and can't wait!

This was our third year to vaction in this home. Its a great area perfectly located to the beach areas and pool. The house is equipped with most everything you will need for your stay. The house allows everyone plenty of room. Sweetgrass, is very easy to work should thete be any problem. We've booked our vacation in advance for 2024! My sister-in-law did indicate they may need to replace the maytress in the fist bedroom on the left

We have stayed at Seabrook Island before, and really like the street that this house is on. It is very secluded because it is a dead end, which makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is equipped with everything that you would need. The only complaint is that the water temperature is extremely inconsistent and was a nuisance for all showers.

We are a family of two adult children in their 40’s, each with spouses, children 12, 14, almost 2 years, and my husband and me…both of us mid 70’s. This suited our family perfectly. Large rooms, as well as enclosed porch ( with large table) plus open porch. Plenty of rooms for privacy, as well as a huge room off kitchen with table for 8, and large seating area for 8+…watching TV, etc. The home is right off entrance to Camp St Christopher. Gorgeous trees abound…lots of foliage, plus the river across the street. Beautiful area. The foliage keeps the area cooler. Location to the pool, restaurant, etc was~ 1+ mile away. ..as well as entrance to the beach. The 12 and 14 yr.olds were on their bikes all the time. The use was well kept up. Appliances worked fine, air conditioner too. We enjoyed this house , location and amenities, that we already reserved for next summer. We highly recommend this home! Cheers!

I'm a little late getting to this ,but, I certainly, did not want to miss the opportunity to respond to our stay at this lovely home. This was our second stay at this location. Everything we needed was available, the houses was very clean. We have three couples and one single staying in this home. The nice feature is that everyone has their own room and private bath. We also have dogs, so, we're never able to find a place on the waterfront. So for us our view of the 16th hole of the golf course is beautiful, quite and very peaceful.,we are a very short distance from the club house and beach from were the house is located. We certainly would love to stay at this home again in the future without a doubt!

the only very minor issue was the ice maker in the fridge was iffy/sporadic. the wet bar refrigerator was not operational. Need lots of ice in the summer with 7-8 people. otherwise it was a beautiful and well appointed house for our vacay.

This home is located less than a mile from the beach and clubhouse pool. On a quiet street that is also great for walking or riding a bike. The home was the perfect size for the 6 adults and 3 grandchildren. Any more people and the bedrooms won’t work. The house was comfortable, the bathrooms were a little worn and in need of updating.

Home was perfect for our 3 couples. Beds were comfortable and all having our own bathroom was wonderful. Love the open concept of the family/dining/kitchen. Kitchen was adequate for several of us to move around in and cook.  We are looking to buy in Seabook Island and this home would be exactly what we are looking for!

We had a fantastic vacation with our two sons and daughters-in-law. The house was beautiful and met all our needs. We especially loved the screened-in porch and the fact that it was on the golf course. We absolutely love Seabrooke Island. We love how secluded in is, the live oak trees the wildlife. We stumbled upon a gem two years ago when we came here for the first time and enjoyed it even more this time. We will be back!

We stayed at Seabrook for the 1st time and really enjoyed it! This house is right on the golf course and is tucked back near St. Christopher's. It's only 1/2 mile to the beach club and #9 boardwalk to beach. We loved the common area with the huge couch and dining area, with a large kitchen. There were tree frogs every morning stuck to the doors :). We are a family of 4 so this house was REALLY large for our needs but it was nice to spread out and of course, we loved being able to bring our dog for a small fee. We really loved the natural landscape of Seabrook and will definitely return!

This house was absolutely PERFECT for us. My husband and I were vacationing with our two adult children and their spouses, and this house was ideal. It's conveniently located on a quiet street adjacent to the golf course, and is an easy walk to beach access or a quick drive to the Beach Club. The 3 bedrooms on the main floor each had a private bath (no sharing!), and while we didn't need the 4th bedroom, we ended up using it as a yoga studio and a quiet spot for working. The kitchen/living/dining rooms are well equipped and had plenty of space to gather. We especially enjoyed the screened porch in the evenings for our dinner meals while watching the last of the golfers.

House was great, very clean and well kept. Really great home, great location, Enjoyed our stay tremendously! Couple additional kitchen items would be nice to have included/added in the home (e.g. kitchen knives are pretty dull; needs a large stock pot added to pots/pans; could use a set of plastic drinking cups as mostly all are made of glass). Only item to be immediately addressed would be the shower curtains in the bathrooms were moldy. Need replacing. All in, really great time! Thanks.

It was the perfect house for our family of 7. Spacious and comfortable. The living area and kitchen served us well. Also, the house was cleaned very well. This was the best experience we have had in the past several years. Just a short ride to the beach, or even walk.

2875 Hidden Oak Drive is a wonderful home for large families- spacious and comfortably appointed. The location is great- just a five minute bike ride to the beach and the pool; quiet street and neighborhood.

Loved our stay, loved the house and we had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Was super quiet there, lots of wildlife. Thanks for sharing your house with us! House was beautiful. Loved that most bedrooms were on first floor and well separated. We have rented with Sweetgrass several times and they have always been so helpful. Great property! Very clean and comfy. Enjoyed the huge couch in the living room.
