Furnished with beach cottage décor, casual and comfort are combined to enhance the vacation experience. The living room, which is full of natural light, boasts two comfortable sleeper sofas, one queen size and one twin size, truly taking advantage of the given space.

The master bedroom provides a king size bed, TV, and private bathroom. A second full bathroom is access from the entrance hallway as well.

The dining area offers seating for six, giving everyone a chance to gather around the table and enjoy a nice meal. The fully equipped kitchen has a simple and efficient design with modern appliances making it easy for guests to feel right at home.

And of course, enjoy the outdoor seating on the back porch while taking in some of Seabrook’s most stunning views.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Loved the condo. We arrived just before NYE and the location was excellent . Check-in easy. It was quite comfortable and had an amazing view. The kitchen was well equipped which was very important as we love to cook. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best thing about this unit is the location-beautiful view of the water from the back deck. The unit is older and outdated, but comfortable. Wifi worked well, two tvs and a comfortable bed. The thermostat is in the hallway and didn't reach the front bedroom well. The only other "issue" was that the cleaning crew showed up and opened our door at 8:00 a.m. on the day we were checking out! Oops!

My husband and I had an opportunity for a last minute getaway. We called Sweetgrass directly and were able to book this perfect condo at a great rate. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture and two full bathrooms! We spent most of our time enjoying the porch which overlooks the water! We would definitely recommend the company as well as this condo!

Water pressure is a bit poor in the showers. Apartment was lovely, very well presented. Sweetgrass are fabulous agents. Dealing with us international customers with care and compassion.I couldn't recommend them enough

We enjoyed our short 5 day stay. The unit was clean, the instructions were helpful, and the few staff we encountered were friendly and courteous. Walking the beach in the morning and viewing the wildlife(including dolphins) was the best! Thanks for asking.

It was just an all around nice relaxing trip. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. Clean, relaxing accommodations. Seabrook Island is beautiful, lots of wildlife, great beaches, good food and interesting sites close by. Our plan was to avoid the crowds of Charleston and have a relaxing simple stay, eat good food, walk, read, decompress. Mission accomplished, wish we could have stayed longer. To be honest, at first booking I was a little put out with the cleaning fee on top of the rental and other fees. I was wrong, the condo was immaculate, worth every penny to have comfortable, clean accommodations for our stay. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Loved 1357 Pelican Watch! Great views and the sunset is fabulous! Unit was nice and comfortable and perfect for the two of us. One suggestion would be to make sure there are pizza pans in the unit but not a big deal. Seabrook is wonderful though their Affinity Card marketing is confusing. Overall, a great getaway!

We enjoyed our stay at the the Pelican Watch. You can't beat the view and access to the beach. The place was also super clean and comfortable. Please note the internet service is not very good. The signal is not strong enough to work in the bedroom (away from everyone). So if you are planning to 'work from home' while on Seabrook, I would not recommend this place. However, as mentioned it's in a perfect location, walkable to beach/pool and the actual space felt roomy.

We enjoyed the peacefulness of the island and being able to see a variety of wildlife while at a beach setting was the icing on the cake. The sunsets were beautiful and the proximity to multiple landmarks was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this location!

Unit was as advertised. Would rent again. Location and view are fantastic. Kitchen is very well equipped for someone who likes to cook. Bed was very comfortable. Requested a minor plumbing issue be addressed but never had a response. Parking area needs lighting added or repaired. Very difficult to see at night.

This was the best vacation I can remember. The staff at Sweetgrass was top notch. 1537 Pelican Watch was immaculate, cozy yet roomy. Location could not be more convenient for shopping and dining, the property itself is a sight to behold, loved driving into Charleston and totally enjoyed just hanging out at "home". Thank you, Sweetgrass and Pelican Watch, can't wait for our next visit.

We always enjoy coming to the Low Country for vacation. This was our first time staying at Seabrook, and it definitely won’t be the last. It was perfect. Very quiet, and laid back. We went to the Seabrook island club pool/beach a few days. It was well worth the extra $ not to have to drag tent, and chairs to the beach. Out condo was nice! Small, but perfect for a couple, and their dog. Neighbors were very nice. September is the perfect time to visit. Not to hot, but still warm enough to enjoy water activities. Will definitely make reservations again for next year!

Property was is decent condition as far as cleanliness. Could have been improved. Need a good deep cleaning. Hornet nest on deck. We got stung twice. Nice proximity to the beach.

We have been staying at Pelican Watch for about 10 years! This was by far the nicest and cleanest we have experienced. Kitchen was also well stocked with everyday items. The view was great and was nicely updated and bright!! Will definitely try and rent 1357 next trip

We enjoyed our stay at unit 1357. We have stayed at Pelican Watch numerous times over the years. This unit is nicely updated and clean. We would certainly return and request this unit. I would suggest that the unit should supply a new kitchen sponge or wipe, salt & pepper and Windex. I would think that you would want your guest to keep the unit clean, especially since the unit is on the market. There also was no information on recycling.

We always enjoy our stay & this time was no exception. So glad to get some beach time in, in spite of covid19. It was a much needed vacation. Happy to see the villa got a new vacuum. That was helpful. We like leaving the place tidy, & the old vacuum was horrible & smelly. Only complaint was exterior lighting. Many bulbs were out which made it hazardous when we had to take our dog out to pee in the middle of the night.

We had an unbelievable time. We had always stayed on Kiawah and -- for the first time rented on Seabrook Island. The vibe is similar, but even more amazing. More than anything, you will be floored by the beauty of this beach. It is underdeveloped and a true wildlife oasis. You are in for such a treat!
