The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa has been completely renovated. From the brand new kitchen, to the new sleeper sofa, to the new king bed, everything speaks luxury.

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, upscale stainless steel appliances, and designer lighting. The large work area and bar provides seating with four new bar stools.The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and serving pieces needed for a gourmet meal.

The main level of this townhouse features an open living area with views of the pool, palm trees, and the Atlantic ocean. There is comfortable seating, a 50" flat screen television, and a new sleeper sofa. The dining table tucked under the floating stairs seats four. The guest bedroom and common area bath are also on this floor. This bedroom has a king bed and a 40" television.

Upstairs is the master retreat. Here you will find a new king size bed, comfortable sitting area for reading, a 42" flat screen television, large custom walk-in closet, and amazing ocean views. The remodeled master bath has beautiful tile work in the shower and marble vanity.

For added convenience, this villa offers a washer and dryer, WiFi, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. Plus, you can easily access the pool and beach from the back balcony. What more could you ask for........

Fantastic stay, my only comment is provide some kitchen basics like salt/pepper, spices, sugar, cooking oil, etc. Nobody wants to have to buy essentials just to leave them and risk them being tossed by the cleaning crews.

This unit has a great view of pool and ocean. It is clean and comfortable. Could use a little updating of decor but the view is more important. Would be nice if they had an umbrella on the deck but otherwise, great view for having breakfast outside!

We had a wonderful stay at Seagrove 9C. We loved the close proximity to the ocean and could hear the waves at night with the window in the master bedroom open - so relaxing. The updated decor was exactly what we were looking for and the kitchen/bathrooms were stocked (only kitchen utensil we needed was an ice cream scooper!) Having the pool and beach so close made our stay so enjoyable. We loved our week at the beach and the Sweetgrass staff made everything really easy and smooth. We will be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay, the view from the balcony was wonderful and we could see the waves rolling in. Traveled with my cousin and her husband and we felt separated yet together as the two rooms were on different floors. Loved the golf course, the ability to rent bikes and drinks on the pier

Enjoyed this property - great views and proximity to beach. Also close to many great restaurants. The condo itself is roomy, clean and conducive to 'gathering' for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen could use a few more staples and supplies on hand & the drains in the downstairs bathroom seemed to be a bit clogged. But, both minor issues. Sweetgrass Staff was accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The Villa was perfect! Had everything we needed. Was clean and welcoming. Beds were comfy. Pool and beach steps away. Views were amazing. Morning coffee on deck was amazing, star gazing at night even better. Quiet setting and we were able wind down and relax. Great place for us New Englanders to push out our summer :-) Awesome resturants within 10-20 min away. Checkin and Checkout nice and easy. Add some beach chairs and this would be beyond perfect.

Wonderful stay at our Villa rental...it was perfect, and we will contact you again and will reserve one of your properties again for sure. We had a couple of issues when we arrived regarding extra towels that we requested and did not receive, and they were delivered 10 minutes after I called. And we could not get the TVs to work, contacted your management and within 5-10 minutes, two young gentlemen knocked on our door and solved the issue. The property was well maintained, clean, attractive and what we loved the most about the Seagrove Villas was the privacy that the villas have...in a residential area!

Stayed in 9C multiple times. Really nice condo. Wife loves the Ninja blender! Adding Roku to the bedroom TV’s is a nice addition. Sweetgrass makes things easy. Just show up and everything is in place. Easy access to beach and pool. We rent bikes from the bike shop and enjoy riding through Wild Dunes and on the beach. This is my “happy place”.

We had a wonderful time on the Isle of Palms. Our stay on Seagrove Lane could not have been better. The only challenge to the week was the fact that the unit was on the third floor. I would book again, and would strongly recommend booking to my friends. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

Everything was nice. Loved the remodel of the downstairs bedroom closet, perfect to store suitcases in ab open status making things easy to get to with out having to unpack. Nice view of the pool and the ocean in the background. Great location, close to tennis courts, bike rentals and the two hotels.

We have visited Isle of Palms 4 times and love Seagrove as a location. Super easy access to the beach, nice pool, beautiful views and very comfortable accommodations. Seagrove 9C is perfect for our family of 3 and very spacious. We met our relatives who stayed on the property as well and we would all gather in our condo for evening meals and games. The one drawback is there is no grill available but that didn’t stop us from enjoying great meals together. The unit is well equipped for cooking for large families. The beds are comfortable but we did bring our own pillows which we were happy we did, the pillows and mattress could use an upgrade. Other than that we highly recommend this unit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in 9C Seagrove. The Villa was extremely well appointed and truly a home with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. We loved our beach walks and bike rides. We hated to leave the Villa so we brought dinner in from Acme, Long Island Cafe and The Refuge for delicious low country dishes. We will be back as we loved our first visit to the Isle of Palms.

It was perfect! The unit was impeccably clean on arrival. It had All the amenities that you could want for cooking at the location. The view was stunning with the ocean right there for convenient access. The unit is on the upper level and so very quiet.

Another great week at the beach. We enjoyed the condo and it's location. Everything was great. Only suggestion would be for a few things to be added to the kitchenware. There was not a strainer for draining pasta and the blender wasn't very good for our morning smoothies. All in all we had a wonderful time and liked 9C Seagrove Villla. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your summer~

The location was wonderful. when I reserved this unit, the picture showed two beds in the second bedroom, however, there was just one which didn’t work as well for us. Kitchen was very functional for cooking.

The Sweetgrass Properties team has been wonderful to deal with. From helping with reservations to keeping us well updated on storm issues and responding quickly to any problems, they've been polite and friendly. We've been impressed with their efficiency and speed in responding. I would recommend this team to anybody hoping to book their vacation. The condo was amazing. The view of the pool and beach was just what we had hoped for. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware, dishes, glasses, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan a return trip in the future. The huge beach offered lots of space to spread out and would be perfect for small kids or grandkids to run and play. Being a short walk from the Boardwalk Inn offered easy dining out, ice cream treats, and some great pastries from the shop.

Everything was perfect. With excellent info about property and instructions. Our stay was incredible. Beautifully decorated condo overlooking pool and ocean views. Easy access to beach. Excellent place to relax near beach/ocean while being close to Charleston and other places of interest and great restaurants.
