This stunning corner villa sits amidst the palms and oak trees that make Kiawah Island unique. With it's second floor location, one gets the feeling of being in a secluded tree house. Ocean views bring in the sites and sounds of the shoreline.  A beach boardwalk leads directly from the building to 10 miles of the white sandy beach.  

Designed for a carefree vacation, this one bedroom villa features an open concept floor plan, custom tile floors, and comfortable seating in rich hues. Soaring ceilings with oversized windows welcome natural light. Entertaining is easy with a dining table seating six and an updated kitchen. The restful master bedroom offers a king size bed, beautiful ocean views, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and attached bathroom.

For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer, sofa bed and WiFi. For easy access, the building has an elevator. Please note there are 10 steps to get to the elevator. 

Please note this villa does not have access to the Kiawah Island swimming pools.

    This condo was in a perfect spot. Quiet, top floor, beautiful trees surrounding it. It has a good ocean view from the living room, bedroom & of course the balcony. Furniture was comfortable & clean, appeared to be relatively new. Bed was very comfortable, shower worked well, loved having 2 separate vanities. The kitchen was average appeared to be stocked well. We loved the close access to the beach & the boardwalk out to the beach was so beautiful. We would recommend this condo. There were only a few minor additions I will comment on, there needs to be a night stand on the left of the bed. The person on that side has no place to lay phone, book, glasses etc.. also a full length mirror in the bedroom would be nice. A dust pan for sweeping up carried in sand would be handy. A new coffee pot in the kitchen. This one is old & you don’t have an option for setting a time on it, nor is there a single cup brewer. Also, more silverware, if you eat in very often, you’re washing silverware often. These are all minor, simple fixes that shouldn’t cause anyone not to rent this condo. Just a little friendly advice.

    Really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Great view of ocean from multiple points in the condo and from the balcony. Very short walk to the beach. We've been going to Kiawah for years and have enjoyed the Windswept complex multiple times. This was our first stay in #4315. It will be on our repeat list.

    My wife and I have been to Kiawah Island 30 times. This was the 3 rd time we stayed in this condo. It meets our needs plus our is close to the beach. Elevator did not work for two days but that would not your fault

    Our stay at Windswept was truly amazing. It was really clean and had all the amenities. It has an elevator to get to 2nd floor which was so helpful. We got up each morning enjoying coffee on the porch and looking at the ocean. It was very comfortable! It did need to have the table on the porch fixed but otherwise great!! I would highly recommend this place!

    I also did a survey from VRBO. They should not duplicate your survey. Condo was fine. Close to beach. Decent view of the ocean . Only downside to this condo is even with the elevator it is a lot of WORK to move everything from car to condo. Curtains covering glass door to balcony are broken and can not be moved.

    The bed was very comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The unit was also very clean. There should be a lamp on both sides of the bed for reading. While the kitchen had plenty of dishes and pans, there were no spices for cooking or coffee filters (things that travelers don’t take with them). Also, dark lamp shades do not make for good reading light. Some suggestions for the homeowner. Keyless entry was wonderful.<br /><br />Manager's Note: Thanks for the feedback, Pam! In today's travel environment, we do encourage guests to bring their own cooking items just for safety and sanitary precautions! But we will definitely add that lamp. We appreciate you and hope to host another time!

    We so enjoyed our stay at WS4315. The unit has beautiful views of the beach and ocean! The unit is warm, inviting, and has all the amenities for you to enjoy. Kiawah is a paradise hidden away, so quiet, private, and so much to see and do. We will definitely be back.

    Comfortable and cosy. The shower head needs fixing as per the other reviews, most of the water escapes through the tap. Highly recommend supporting recycling, everything has to go in the trash which is terrible. Kiawah Island may not recycle, I'm not sure of the situation as to why recycling isn't supported. Would have liked to have been informed that restaurant bookings on the island should be made in advance. Plenty of great off island options though and half the cost. Beach was beautiful.

    Loved our stay, the location is wonderful. The unit does need some painting and repair work-shower knob is broken, shower and sinks drain very, very slowly. The kitchen is average as far as utensils and cookware go. The bed is quite comfortable and linens were plentiful. Would definitely return as Kiawah is our favorite beach vacation.

    The property was well appointed and comfortable. We would liked a little bigger outside deck but the location was great as was the view. The shower plumbing fixtures need to be repaired or replaced and it is very difficult to open the dryer door because it hits the folding door in front of it. Those should be minor maintenance issues that can be resolved by your staff.

    Great location. We took the stairs up to the 2nd floor unless we had something heavy; and the elevator was handy. Beach was very close, and nice to see from the deck and bedroom. This unit had 2 beach chairs and other equipment. There appeared to be a new washer and dryer; which the dryer performed very well. We would stay here again!

    The ocean view from the deck and living room was better than we expected! The bedroom view was the best, but the neighbors deck is right outside the bedroom window. No one was staying in that unit the week we there, but if it had been occupied, we would have had to leave the curtain closed for privacy. The property is closer to the beach than the pictures showed. If you take the elevator down and go out the back, you are only steps away from Boardwalk Number 19 and the nice wide beach. We loved relaxing on the cozy private deck in the evening watching the waves. We even saw three deer cross the path to the ocean as we watched one evening. The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed a wonderful week there!

    Beautiful one bedroom/one bath condo right ON the beach. Elevator access makes it being on the top floor no issue at all. Boardwalk goes straight to the ocean so easy if you want to bring your own beach stuff. The condo was very clean and the starter amenities were great. We will definitely stay again in the future.

    Location was awesome! Walk a few steps onto the beautiful beach. The place itself was very nice, but could use some upgrades. But, would recommend it. Kiawah Island is definitely one of the most beautiful places I have ever been! Very prompt responses and always helpful and friendly.
