Welcome to 101 Grand Pavilion! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home makes for a perfect vacation spot in the beautiful Wild Dunes community. Situated right in the resort center, this three-story beach house is perfect for your family’s need to be close to the beach, pools, activities, and more!

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with an easy layout and beachy décor. The living room has comfortable furniture, a flat-screen Smart TV, and has access to the back porch area. Step out and breathe in the fresh ocean air, the beach is just steps from the deck! The main level is ideal for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. The dining table offers seating for six with the kitchen only a few steps away. The fully equipped kitchen provides any item a guest may need while on vacation and makes cooking a breeze.

There is one bedroom on the first floor, two bedrooms on the second floor, and the fourth bedroom , the master suite, is on the third floor. The first floor bedroom offers two full size beds, and access to a full bathroom with dual sinks and a combination shower/tub. Head up to the second floor where there are two more spacious bedrooms available: one with a king size bed and other with two queen beds. Each bedroom has private bathrooms and a Smart TV (No cable).

The top floor is where the master suite resides. It features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. There is a Smart TV which also has cable for this room. It also has a private balcony where views of the ocean and Grand Pavilion community can be seen!

The house was as described and conveniently located within a few minutes' walk of the beach and the pools. The layout of the 4 bedrooms and 4 baths worked very well for our party of 10, and the neighborhood was extremely quiet and relaxing. Kitchen was well equipped, and the linens/towels were readily available. The only reason for the Average review is the house keeping was very poor, almost like it had not been cleaned between renters.

We had a great time at this property. Everyone on the trip commented on how nice the house was. The house is well maintained, and beds were very comfortable. Great location, close to the beach and the common area that offered a family friendly environment of restaurants, shops and entertainment. Wild Dunes is a great location and the beach is immaculate. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at 101 Grand Pavillion! We loved being able to walk to the beach and enjoy the pools at the Pavillion. Nightly entertainment while watching the sun set was so much fun! The house was perfect for our family and my parents. It was well equipped with plenty of dishes for our large family meals. My Dad especially loved the voice command smart TV since it was so easy to use. The only downfall would probably be the steep steps to get to the master bedroom on the top floor. My parents decided to sleep on the main level so it all worked out and I definitely got my steps in for the week! All in all a great time was had by everyone!

This property exceeded my expectations. My family of four stayed with another family of four comfortably. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The home is a short walk to the beach and pools. This home is perfect for spending time on the beach. The kitchen is a little smaller than my previous rentals and the house does not have a grill. The upstairs master bath sink needs fixed. Very family friendly! Love the resort amenities and being close to Charleston was a definite plus! Lovely week!

Isle of Palms is a beautiful location, and the 4-BR beach house (with 4 bathrooms!) was perfect for our family getaway the week after Christmas. The property was well maintained with no issues our entire stay. We made several day trips to Charleston and 1 to Beaufort. We took carriage rides, visited a plantation, enjoyed a food tour and walking around just sightseeing, ate a lot and shopped (definitely supported the local economy!). We were excited to ring in the New Year on the beach! Definitely looking forward to a return visit.

We have stayed in other rentals at Wild Dunes on prior visits, and can attest to the fact that there is nothing better in terms of location, access to the beach, pools and amenities, spacious bedrooms, and great customer service from Sweetgrass Properties. The home is spacious and has large bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The house is equipped with everything needed, and was very clean when we arrived. Parking is great, and beach and pool access are ideal. I am a frequent renter, and highly recommend this property.

We loved everything about our stay. Will visit again. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. One thing that we thought would help, some chairs on the third floor balcony. We liked that spot but weren’t able to sit out there and enjoy.

What a wonderful stay!! We were provided with everything we needed, had zero problems checking in, and everyone was so responsive to us! We were in need of an additional guest pass and they hand delivered it to our unit. Also, there was an issue with the garbage disposal and by the time we returned from lunch it was fixed. A perfect location nonetheless! Thank you!

I stayed at Sweetgrass for my girls trip! This was my first time coming to South Carolina. We loved how close the place was to the beach and the multiple pools! The bar at the pool was great and all the employees were very polite. The place was very clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious, big closets, and a bathroom in each room. It was great layout! We had a blast!

We loved 101 Grand Pavilion and the entire Wild Dunes community! The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious and allowed the eight of us to enjoy family meals while also having our own space. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was quiet and the AC perfect so we left feeling very rested. The proximity to the beach, golf courses, tennis courts and pools was perfect and we enjoyed all of the amenities. The only complaint was that the garbage disposal was not working and the kitchen drain therefore backed up when the dishwasher was run. That drain and the bathroom drains all ran extremely slow even with using Draino. A welcome packet with a Wild Dunes map and list of amenities, rules etc. would have been nice upon arrival. Other than those minor details, we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend. We hope to return!

The house was nicely decorated, the kitchen well-stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the location was great- very close to the beach, pools, and Boardwalk Inn. The only complaint would be working the televisions. Nobody in our group could figure out the two remote system on any of the TVs in the house. I would recommend just getting a universal remote for all to make it easier for guests (that is what we have done in our VRBO rental)

This house was spacious, clean and well-furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to stay in and cook all our meals (since Covid 19 is still spiking, we only went to one restaurant in Charleston). It is convenient to the beach and the pools. All interactions with the Sweetgrass staff have been friendly and helpful. Suggestions: we are still waiting to hear if the clothing is e left in the closet has been found; Also would suggest that the vegetable peeler be replaced-it is VERY dull; Overall, we would definitely choose this property again someday!

I almost don’t even want to share how nice this is because I would like to keep this as a hidden gem for us. But in all honesty it was beautiful and clean and a perfect location. Stayed for a girls weekend. There was plenty of space. The beach was a short 2 minute walk. Well kept grounds. The house could use some maintenance - patch small holes in the walls, paint touch up, fixture updating, etc. Very comfortable beds. Appropriate bath towels and toilet paper. Bring what you need as far as salt pepper coffee filters olive oil, etc. need larger pots and pans for cooking. Good communication from rental company.
