The modern kitchen offers a six-burner stove, double wall ovens, and bar seating. This space opens onto a large screened porch, perfect for cook outs and enjoying Kiawah scenery. Two guest rooms are located on this first level. One offers a queen size bed, the other has a twin bed & a twin-over-twin bunk bed . Each includes a private bathroom and TV's. Upstairs are the king master suite and a guest bedroom with a king bed. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and access the upper deck.

Kiawah Island is known for its natural beauty and extensive wildlife. It offers a multitude of family activities; riding bikes on 30 miles of bike paths, kayaking on the river, crabbing and fishing , and enjoying the ten mile stretch of sandy beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at 7 Ocean Green! Beautiful location right off the green on Turtle Point golf course. We spent hours out on the screened porch enjoying the view, gator watching, playing games and enjoying al fresco dinners. Bedrooms/beds are all comfortable, plenty of extra bedding, and everyone having their own bathroom was wonderful. The kitchen is incredibly well appointed, everything you could possibly need. It's definitely more on the functional side, which for us was great as we had kids and nothing felt too precious. Only disappointments were that the living room was a little uncomfortable ... one small couch and the chairs aren't made for lounging, and two of the three rockers on the front porch were broken. But if you have a big family or multiple families, this house is pretty perfect!

We had a wonderful vacation at Kiawah in this great home. It's location was excellent - close to the Beach (<10 minute walk); also very close to the Turtle Point Club House, and Tommaso Restaurant - a 5 minute walk. This home was prefect for our needs - 4 large bedrooms, lots of socializing space - inside and out. A great time for us.

Well stocked kitchen. Nicely configured home for 3 adult couples and kids. The bathroom cabinets and a few kitchen appliances could use some maintenance. But over all wonderful house.

Just to let you know there is no TV in upstairs bedroom. Didn't want to be accused of leaving with it. Two other issues. The ice maker was frozen up. No garbage/recycling removal during our week.

We enjoyed 7 Ocean Green for a week at Thanksgiving with extended family. The house is in a wonderful quiet location. One real plus to this house is the bedroom confirmation- two master suites with private bathrooms and porches upstairs, a bunk room and another bedroom downstairs with private bathrooms. We really enjoyed the lovey screened porch overlooking Turtle Point Gold course. The kitchen is a good layout but the dishes need a bit of an upgrade. We would consider renting this house again.

The house was in a great location, close to the beach and to the pool. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. There was plenty of space for us. The screened in porch overlooking the golf course was our favorite. We can't wait to go back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! My extended family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the quiet peacefulness of the neighborhood. The sunken living room was so cozy and comfortable and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for preparing a big family meal. All of the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and their attached bathrooms were perfect with them. My family all agreed that the screened in back porch was our favorite part of the property. We spent a lot of time together just relaxing in the stillness. My only regret is that we didn’t have a longer stay planned. I would definitely return to the property and recommend it to anyone visiting the Charleston area.

My extended family and I fell in love with the home. Such a beautiful property with plenty of room for all of us to unwind and spread out. All of the bedrooms were large and the kitchen was very well stocked with all of the essentials to cook for a family. We loved the comfortable dining table and the sunken living room. We spent most evenings relaxing on the gorgeous screened in back porch. The porch furniture was perfect for relaxing and listening to the palm trees rustle. My only regret is that we didn’t have longer to stay. I would definitely recommend this house. We hope to return soon.

Zero complaints. Great location. Great house. The pool is right across the street and the beach is a short walk... ten minutes with tiny kid legs following. About 5 minutes from the market/sanctuary area. Check in was easy. Just went straight to the house. Check out was a little unclear but it wasn't an issue. Definitely recommend.

House is spacious and great right on the 18th hole of Turtle Point. Kitchen utensils are extensive, but be prepared to buy all essentials including salt and pepper. Beds are comfortable, house is well kept, and there is plenty of porch furniture to relax. Great place to stay!

7 Ocean Green is a wonderful property and would recommend it highly. The highlights of the home for our family were the expansive screened in porch off the kitchen, balcony/ screened in porch off the two upper floor bedrooms, a full bath for every bedroom and a well stocked kitchen. The kitchen had everything one needs to make meals for a family..even a crockpot! The location is close to the beach, Sanctuary and Turtle Point Golf Course. We love the Ocean Green neighborhood, it is quiet & kids can ride bikes without much traffic. The members of the Sweetgrass Properties team communicated well. We received the email outlining arrival instructions just as stated.
