Driving up to the home you will first notice the manicured tropical front yard. This area includes a wonderful front patio for enjoying the warm sun and island breezes. Upon entering the home you are greeted with a bright open floor plan which includes the living room, den, dining area, and kitchen. The space is sunny and the décor is modern and comfortable. No worries about beach sand with the ceramic tile floors.

The kitchen is fully equipped and the large dining table seats up to 8. A game table offers additional seating for 4. This main level also includes a sleeper sofa in the den, 2 bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. Up the split stairway are 2 additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All linens are included. For your convenience, this home includes WiFi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.

Head out the back doors and take in the large backyard with a brand new deck and private pool. Not your typical pool though. A modern twist on an above-ground pool, this container pool offers a cool new addition to the property. Sit back on the lounge chairs on the back deck that look straight into the window of the pool!

This house was lovely! I particularly loved the fenced in back yard as we could let our pup out without worrying about him. The house was amazingly clean, and smelled fresh when we walked in—a good sign right away that it is well taken care of! I also liked the fact that one of the bedrooms is on the second floor—with bath—nice and private if there’s a crowd. Two things I should mention, however. As there is a small pool in the backyard—it would not be good for small children without the utmost of supervision as it is very deep—and there is no shallow end. The other thing is the height of the beds. They’re very comfortable—but a child, short person or elderly person might have trouble getting in them! This could be easily solved with a couple of non-slip little step stools —like doctors have next to their exam tables. But aside from those minor things—the house is really nice—and the street it’s on is great for walking—not much traffic. The beach is easily accessible (once you find the small path—on 38th Avenue). We had a great time! Thanks to whomever owns this house—it’s charming! Oh—and the old growth trees in the backyard are spectacular!!

This house was amazing! From start to finish we had no issues with the house and it was in a perfect location right by the beach. Definitely recommend this house if you want a nice peaceful getaway!!

Our family had a very nice week in IOP and we really enjoyed our stay at 4005 Cameron Blvd. The home had everything we needed and was very convenient to the beach. The pool in the backyard was especially appreciated by my grandchildren. The Sweetgrass Properties team was very responsive to our needs. We look forward to another vacation in IOP next year!

Had a great time on IOP Sweetgrass rental Cameron Blvd. Good location, beach access, Great fenced in yard for our small dog with no holes in the the fence. Yay!. Had a great excursion with family to Bulls Island Boneyard Beach, not far from beach rental. Also Charleston Fun Park is near by with Go Carts. Another, Yay!!! Also, close to IOP Rec. Center. I always enjoy my stay at 4005 Cameron Blvd., on Isle of Palms as we love the house and its grounds and the wonderful location. The new addition of the container pool is lovely as we enjoy the deck when we are there even though the weather is too cool to use during our stay. The short distance to the beach is a plus for me to take the dogs for a walk. We love the service Sweetgrass provides for taking out the heavy garbage cans during garbage and recycling days.

This house met most of our needs and the location was excellent. A short walk to the beach was easy. The home was comfortable, stylish, and dog friendly. We were a little disappointed that there were only two comfortable chairs by the little pool in the backyard. We ended up gathering more out front which wasn’t as pleasant as the backyard. The front patio could use some updating. It would also be nice to have an outdoor table. The kitchen was cute, but small. All in all the house was fine and we had a great time. Memories made!

Our week at this property was wonderful. We found the house perfect for our needs. Each part of the family's requests were met. We had pet friendly, pool in the backyard and very close to the beach. You couldn't have asked for a better commute to the beach. Seriously, from door to beach with all of your stuff...5 minutes. Also, being on the dead end street, there wasn't much traffic at all. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again for sure.

The staff was very prompt to answer questions. The house held 7 adults and 3 small children without seeming too tight. The kitchen was well appointed, we did eat all our meals at the house. The backyard has a privacy fence but not much else.
