This beautiful oceanfront townhome is located within the gated resort of Wild Dunes in one of our most requested villa communities.  It features three spacious bedrooms, hardwood floors, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, complex pool access, and gorgeous oceanfront views.  Step right off the charming screened porch and walk out to the beach!

The first floor of the villa contains open-concept living and dining areas.  The upgraded kitchen has an expansive central island with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances.  There is seating for 8 guests at the high-top dining table.  You’ll find plenty of space in the living room area to relax or spend time with friends and family.  Perhaps the most popular feature of the villa, which is accessed just off the living room, is the screened porch, which has incredible ocean front views.  Enjoy a meal on the porch at the glass dining table with seats 5 guests or talk a stroll down the back stairs and walk directly over to the beach access path or community pool. 

The first of three bedrooms is also located on this main level. It features 2 full beds, TV, and semi-private bathroom.
Up the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms. The expansive master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, private bathroom, and large private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids, and has a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV and private bathroom.  For convenience, the washer and dryer on this level as well.There are a number of amenities to enjoy when renting in Wild Dunes Resort, including 2 championship golf courses, a world-class tennis facility, bike rentals, miles of nature trails, local restaurants, salon with spa services, and more!

The location of this property was perfect. Every morning you are able to watch the sunrise and ocean from the master. Priceless. We loved the screened in porch and the upstairs porch. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed at 23 Beach Club Villa multiple times and will absolutely book it again. The condo is in great shape and easily accommodates our family. The location is the best! Convenient access to the beach, pool, yard, bike path, restaurant, market, etc.

My family enjoyed our long weekend stay at 23 Beach Club Villa Thursday, October 12 through Sunday, October 15, 2023. Our 4 children ages 12 and under each had their own bed with pairs sharing bedrooms. Essentially, each bedroom can function as masters since they have their own bathrooms with showers. The downstairs was perfect for the older 2 children (door closes in bedroom and bathroom, close to front door) and the upstairs was perfect for the younger 2 children with the bunk. The actual master was wonderful and had amazing views of the ocean. The main level had beautiful ocean views as well and the screened porch had ample seating for playing games or just hanging out. We also liked how there was plenty of grass directly outside for the children to run around. The children couldn't swim in the pool due to the weather, but this property would be perfect for them to access the pool or bounce back and forth between the pool and the house. - House was clean! Plenty of clean white towels, washcloths, and clean white bedding. Washer and dryer work fine! - TVs need updating! Only the master had a smart TV. This was an issue with 4 young children. I hope the TVs in each bedroom and the living room get updated, because it's absurd (IMO) not to have smart TVs in every room. - Drains in master were slow in the shower and sink. Easy fix but we didn't stay long enough to request maintenance on this. - The property did not provide liquid hand soap. Bring your own or hopefully the will provide liquid hand soap at all sink sin the future. They had "body bar" soaps, but that's not practical. Overall, we would definitely try to book here again!

Our family of four shared this condo with another family of four for a week and absolutely loved it! Plenty of space, unbeatable location, great view of the ocean, a yard to play games on, and a pool right out of the back door. We will definitely come back!!

We have been coming to Wild Dunes at least annually since 1983. Since adding a grandchild, we are partial to condos at Beach Club Villas for the location on the beach. 23 BCV is also close to the pool. A few years ago, my wife stopped bringing muffin pans because the units are all well equipped except this year 23 BCV did not have one. We enjoy the screened porch on rainy days and morning coffee. Our stay was marred by a failing water heater. The overflow line must be blocked, so we learned about it when returning to find the kitchen ceiling dripping on Tuesday. Sweetgrass after hours located someone to put a temp fix that night. We were never without hot water but the dripping continued. On Wednesday holes in the ceiling were drilled and we were given a bucket to catch the dripsThursday the water heater was replaced. We were given a fan to speed drying of the ceiling. I think Sweetgrass did a good job to lessen the impact on our stay. The managers were very responsive and communication was good, so we knew what plan was being carried out. Over all, the condo is good, towels were sufficient and fluffy.

Great condo! Great location to the pool and beach access! The view from master bedroom balcony was beautiful. The kids loved playing in the grassy area right out the back door. My only suggestion would be to update some of kitchen supplies (need more pots, pans, etc.)

The location of the condo to the beach and pool was awesome. The place was comfortable and clean. The mattress in the master bedroom is quite frankly awful...it is my only complaint but that is a pretty big deal. A map of Wild Dunes would have been helpful, we stayed a little lost locating a few things on the property. Overall, it was wonderful!

Property and Pool very nice and well maintained. 23 Beach Club Villa in excellent location with beautiful views. Had a most wonderful and relaxing stay. To be more environmentally friendly recycling should be more available in the complex or close by. We had to haul our recycling off the island. If something is available your personnel should be able to advise us of the location.

Loved view from the condo, quiet atmosphere, perfect for adults or families! General condition of this property was good, but not as well provisioned as some in the kitchen. Pool pump broken but fixed by Tuesday, and was helpful we could use a second pool further away on the property, or go to the beach. Appreciated the heads up notice from Sweetgrass re the pool so we were not surprised when we arrived. Had no maintenance issues during the stay at all.

We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the beach club villa. The view was amazing and the the villa was clean. The only issue is that the master bed was hard and uncomfortable. I would suggest getting a new bed or a better mattress topper.

Best Vacation spot ever. This place is the best. The bike trail is right out the front door and the beach and pool are on other side. I love sitting on the screened porch and drinking coffee while listening to the birds in the palm trees. There is so much to do that we are busy all day. Great place for a couple of families. Room for lots of grand kids, with a double bunk and trundle bed in an upstairs bedroom. Kids love it!

The team was most helpful. They found us a great new location when our original booking had an issue. They also accommodated us the day of check in by letting us check in early since the weather was supposed to be the best on our day of arrival! The condo was great- decorated very nicely. They had everything we needed and the ocean view was fantastic. We also enjoyed being so close to the pool.
