The open lay out of this villa and casual beach furnishings add to your comfort. The spacious living room offers views of the sand dunes and two doors to access the private porch. The updated kitchen opens to the dining area seating 6 with additional seating for 2 at the bar.

The master suite has a large private bath, comfortable king bed, large mounted flat screen TV, Kiawah nature views, and access to a private porch with a lounge chair.
The first of 2 guest rooms is off the living room and has a queen bed, flat screen TV, private bath, and access to a back porch. Down the hall and to the left is the second guest room with two twin beds and flat screen TV. This room also has a private bath and access to the back porch.

For your convenience a full size washer and dryer are included.

This unit was spectacular. Great furnishings, updated unit with perfect ocean view from the living room. Great location to The Nest for morning breakfast, lunch or dinner. The decks were amazing as well. Very short drive or bike ride to the Freshfields outdoor shopping complex, which has great restaurants, Harris Teeter and cute boutiques. So glad we found this unit as will be staying here every time we visit Kiawah!! Thank you for your hospitality!

This is the second year we have stayed at 4411 Windswept, and we love it. The location is perfect and the villa is lovely. Sweetgrass Properties is responsive to any issues that may arise. The bedroom with the queen size bed tends to be quite a bit warmer than the other rooms; so we request a portable AC unit for this room. Sweetgrass maintenance is always very quick to respond to this request. The villa was very clean upon arrival and smelled wonderful!

Condo and location are lovely and in a great beachside location. I would have rated "Excellent" but for 2 issues which should be adressed; 1) keys to both front and back(which leads to deck and beach and will be used a lot) were extremely difficult to turn, at times taking 4-5 minutes to get it to happen. Back door lock looked as though it had very recent damage as well. Not what you'd expect in a condo of this quality and became a source of inconvenience. 2) Coffee maker didn't work for single serve and had terrible smell when trying to brew in pot. We found great local coffee place in Freshfields, but again, this is something I would have expected to be checked and totally functional before arrival. PROPERTY MANAGER FOLLOW-UP: Thank you for your review! Guest feedback is important to our team. We have reported both issues with the lock and the coffee pot to the property manager, and we will have those items taken care of for future renters!

We loved staying at 4411 Windswept and would love to come back. Super convenient to beach, beautifully remodeled, comfortable…everything you need for a happy stay. Minor issues (a/c in back bedroom, rotted front door to beach, some bugs) but nothing that made a difference to us. My kids wished it has pool access (note that it doesn’t) but still highly recommended.

We have vacationed on Kiawah every year since 1998; and this is by far our favorite property. We will certainly return to 4411. The condo is newly renovated and gorgeous! The kitchen was fully stocked. We loved being ocean front! You have two angles that you can see the ocean from inside The deck has nice seating so that you can enjoy the views and sound of the ocean and the ocean breeze! And the nature that you will see off of the deck is a bonus as well!! The only issue we experienced during our stay was in the bedroom with the queen bed, the air condition does not reach that bedroom at all. It was stifling when you walked into that room. However, within minutes of calling Sweetgrass Properties to report this, they sent a repairman and were able to place a freestanding AC unit; which worked beautifully. Thank you for your help Sweethrass Properties!!! We had a wonderful stay!!!

Had a wonderful week! Home was beautiful and just as described. Loved being so close to the beach. Cooked every night. Great kitchen. Could use some tongs.. Queen bedroom it’s definitely warmer than the rest of the condo. Hopefully that is something that they can fix for future stays!

Lots of pros! Beautiful property and setting with very comfortable furniture and plenty of pillows/blankets. Loved the oceanfront view. Deer enjoyed snacking on foliage just outside of living room windows. Ice maker in the freezer didn’t seem to work - and the outdoor deck needs to be cleaned of spider nests, they were everywhere outside! Otherwise, just beautiful. Would rent again.

We entered the villa to clean smells and relaxing music! The place was 99% spotless, was very spacious for our family of five, SUPER convenient location (on the sand in one minute from back door), tons of kitchen supplies for cooking, etc. Wish we would have known that there would be a beach umbrella, 2 boogie boards, and 3 chairs so we could have saved on renting it all. We slept so well and were impressed with the quiet environment knowing how many vacationers were nearby. Would definitely recommend!
