Description

This 2 bedroom villa with additional loft accommodations, offers beautiful lagoon views full of wildlife, as well as views of the 16th hole of Ocean Winds Golf Course. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bathroom, the guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with an adjoining full bathroom and the loft has 2 twin beds. To make you feel right at home there is also a spacious dining area, living room and washer/dryer.

New owners and recent updates! All new flooring throughout the villa as well as upgraded bathrooms.  An upgraded kitchen is fully stocked with new plates, bowls, serving dishes, silverware and glasses.  For those who prefer grilling, a gas grill is provided.  Smart TVs accent the living room, all bedrooms and loft with upgraded cable and high speed internet.  Listen to your favorite tunes with the addition of a Bose Bluetooth sound bar.  You won’t have to look far to charge your favorite smart device as USB ports have been added to the bedrooms.  For those who are nostalgic, a full-sized arcade style Ms. Pac-Man machine add to the indoor games provided.

Relax on this private gated island with tropical vegetation and abundant wildlife. For an additional fee, you have access to 2 golf courses, club pool, dining, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball.  For the avid golfer, Kiawah Island Resort is located next to Seabrook Island and guests also have access to 5 different resort golf courses on Kiawah Island.  All of this along with biking, boating, fishing, kayaking, nature trails and incredible sunsets makes for a great getaway!!

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, free parking, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has access for an additional fee of $50/per day per family, or $300/week. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or pre-order your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

This was our second time staying at 812 Treeloft and as before, the house was perfect. The house is very clean, beds are comfortable, and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals at home. We love the location on a quiet street and the view from the deck is beautiful. We really enjoyed watching the gators swimming in the lake. It would have been nice to have had a few more washcloths (we were only given 5). We had to do laundry everyday to have clean ones. Just a note (not really a complaint), but the ceiling fan in the loft area is really squeaky. We found a small fan in a closet so that worked out. We will definitely stay again!

Our family of five (2 parents, 3 grown children) stayed here for the first time and loved it! Was stocked with all the appropriate kitchen items, was very clean, views of the marsh were very pretty! We would definitely stay here again!!!! The loft area has 2 twin beds and a Miss PAC Man video game that we all loved. Check in and check out were easy, too! We did use the amenity card and went to the workout facility and swimming pool.

Villa was really nice and updated. Most importantly,Clean as well. Great location to the club pool. View on the marsh side is amazing. Just a suggestion to the owner would be to clean some of brush/tress/bushes back down below to have a better view while cooking out and hanging outside. Love Seabrook and will be back!

Our favorite aspect of this cottage is the wonderful view of the lagoon and golf course. Many birds use this water spot including herons and egerts. Gators may be spotted in warm weather. House is very clean and well supplied. We hope to return.

We stayed in this little treehouse-type house for three months while waiting for our new home to be built. It was clean, well equipped and functional. We did a lot of cooking ourselves and the kitchen equipment was impressive. It's spacious for the price and can sleep 6 which was helpful when friends or family came to visit. The view from the living room is amazing and looks right onto the water. Only two little things we didn't like. The lighting could be better as no can lights overhead so not as bright as we like. Other than that, it was perfect for what we needed.

The view from the porch and windows is awesome. Family was able to spot a gator from the deck. Kitchen is good. Open concept allows you to see out all the windows. Good A/C Comfortable beds Clean No comments on the cable/internet. It’s the beach so we stayed outside most of the time! Definitely will be back.

We loved our stay- it was so quiet and relaxing! Between the two decks there was shade a good part of the day and the view was just beautiful. The beach is a very short drive from the place. Our little dog loved the beach and the walks on the shady streets with lovely moss filled oaks. We can’t wait to stay there again.

Another cute, clean, and comfortable stay in Seabrook in the books! Everything was clean and perfect! The outside steps and decks had just been redone. The kitchen is updated as well! My only suggestion would be up get new doors, especially for the master bedroom. We had a hard time with the lock. But otherwise, A+!! Definitely will use Sweetgrass again!

We had a great vacation, great location, views were very nice and it’s very convenient to beach. The updated furniture and kitchen was great. The only suggestions we would have is update the master bathroom with bigger shower, remove stained carpeting with more pet friendly flooring as the current carpeting is very stained. The kitchen had very little to offer in regards to utensils and cookware. We would definitely stay again next year!

Very relaxing, Treeloft Trace Villa very peaceful, great views of the lagoon, golf course, wildlife. Villa has everything you would need, was very clean on arrival and we had zero issues during our stay. We would highly recommend this villa and Sweetgrass Rentals, hopefully we will be able to visit this villa again.

Thanks for a great stay! We will be coming back again! 812 Treeloft was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. Plenty of space, great view from both balconies, and not far from the beach! The house was clean and well kept, we loved taking walks through the community with our pup. Lots of wildlife and great people. It was always quiet and relaxing. The nearby market was great as well! Very convenient! We thoroughly enjoyed staying with Sweetgrass vacation rentals. The process was very easy and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful.

We love this place. Looking forward to out next stay. Just perfect for two adults and a dog. The morning walks down to the end of the beach where dogs can play off leash are wonderful. Sunrise over the marsh and beach is spectacular. Always pleasant and helpful.
