Description

Very comfortable house with a lot of beds and bathrooms to accommodate large groups. My favorite aspect of house, is the beautiful lot and its maintained natural beauty. The deck, pool and outdoor oyster fire pit were greatly appreciated, as well as the fenced in area. Great location.

Being steps away from the beach and fully stocked this house was perfect for our family. We stayed the weeke of Christmas. Our family 8 adults, 2 teens, and one infant fit perfectly in the house. We walk the beach every morning and evening and caught spectacular sunsets and sunrises. We rented bikes from Alligator bikes and rode to Freshfields each morning and Ryders Cup one afternoon. We prepared meals each evening and had everything we needed. Sweetgrass Property management was exceptionally responsive. The house was clean and ready. They provided recommendations for everything from bike rental to where to find a Christmas tree. They left a beautiful poinsettia and holiday greeting for us to enjoy. They left enough supplies for the first few days so if staying a week bring paper towels, TP, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. I would highly recommend this property and Sweetgrass Property management.

Your team is great. This year Sarah took care of us and did very nice job. Love how y'all communicate so well. And even though there were ongoing issues with the HVAC on this house, it was relatively painless this year. And when we had no gas to heat the water, she got us fixed ASAP.

On our first day one of our family members complained to me that the washer was broken. Well, it wasn't, she was just overloading the machine with two large comforters. Nevertheless, without looking at the load she was trying to wash, I called Sweetgrass and "Rachel" was extremely nice and helpful. She sent a service man over on a Sunday for us. Of course, the service man found nothing wrong with the washer, and it worked great the whole week...as long as we kept my sister from overloading it!

Our vacation was excellent and we all had a great time. The property was beautiful, the grill on the deck worked great, there was plenty of hot water for showers, the air conditioner worked like a charm, the kitchen was great to cook in, the dishwasher worked great, and the beds were comfortable. We loved the large kitchen island and large dining room table, along with the open setup of the entire house. The pool was fantastic, and we really enjoyed looking out at the trees in the back yard as we sat by the pool (rather than looking at other houses!). We saw deer grazing in the back yard all the time, and overall the house was very relaxing. We will definitely be looking at Sweetgrass homes for our stay next summer!

Notes

All of our vacation rental properties are initially stocked with 1 set of bed linens per bedroom, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. We provide a start up kit that includes: paper towel roll, two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom, one packet of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, bar soap in each shower, tub and sink, small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, small bottle of dish soap and a small package of coffee. You may want to bring along these additional supplies: Hangers, Trash Bags, Additional Laundry Detergent, Additional Dish Detergent, Sink Sponge, Coffee Filters, Coffee, Sunscreen, Insect Repellent, Beach Towels and Chairs, Tissues, Toiletries, Hairdryer, Umbrellas, Flashlight, First Aid Kit, Batteries
