Drive up to a classic Kiawah beach-style house, with a sizable front porch. When entering this beautiful home, you walk into the main level sporting a spacious open floor plan with traditional yet modern feel. Enjoy the comfortable furniture while watching the flat-screen TV. A half bathroom sits right off of this living space.

Gather around the dining room table with seating for six, which opens up to the wood-crafted kitchen area with updated appliances. The granite countertops expand throughout the kitchen allowing for additional barstool seating. Take in the beautiful sights from the windows at any time of the day or step out onto the screened-in back porch that overlooks hole #18 on the Turtle Point Golf Course.

**As of Spring 2022, all new mattresses have been updated in the home.**

The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main level and is furnished with a king bed and has access to the back porch. This room contains a full private bathroom containing his and her sinks, a beautiful vanity, a modern style soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Head upstairs to another cozy sitting room with a TV and game table; perfect for a relaxing evening in. The first guest bedroom, just off of this sitting area, is furnished with two queen beds and a private bathroom, containing dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The last two spacious bedrooms also are on this level, one with two queen beds and the other with two twins, and they share a full bathroom. All of these bedrooms have individual access to the spacious upstairs deck area.

The Silver Moss / Ocean Green neighborhood is a wonderful family destination. An ideal location on Kiawah Island, with the beach, world class golf, two tennis centers, and 30 miles of bike trails just steps away.

Everything was well maintained and very clean. Got my fill of golf balls from all the errant shots. Close to everything with multiple walking paths to beach restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The house is located on a quiet cul de sac with easy access to the beach. The house interior and design were just right for a family of 7 and in particular the kitchen and multiple sitting areas allowed us to spread out while still being in the same general vicinity. ** A minor note that the cable boxes in the upstairs bedrooms need to be updated. They would regularly lose the cable, reboot themselves, and then come back online; a 10 minute process every 30 minutes or so.

All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. I believe the bathrooms all have double sinks. TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen is definitely a galley kitchen, but it seemed bigger than the pictures. Very well equipped with pots, dishes. The eating area and den felt very open and spacious. We enjoyed the screened porch, especially the dogs. The walk to the beach was not bad. We will rent this house again next year. Sweetgrass Properties is great to work with.

Our stay at 4 Silver Moss was outstanding. Great location a probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever had (including our own!). The house was clean, well-maintained, spacious and easily accommodated our group of ten. The screened back porch was a great place to spend time. The location is convenient to both the beach and the neighborhood pool. The folks at Sweetgrass were easy to work with an issue with the clothes dryer was resolved within hours. We definitely will be back.

Well located on a quiet street, convenient to beach and golf, the home is generous in space and accommodated our family well. The kitchen was quite well equipped (more so than some others we have rented) but small. The furnishings were complete but perhaps could be refreshed or updated a bit for top marks. However, this didn’t adversely impact our stay and we enjoyed the home very much for our vacation.

Location, layout accommodated our 6 adults and 3 children well. Proximity to beach and pool are real pluses. Household appliances should be evaluated and upgraded to improve the experience, particularly refrigerator and washing machine. Labeling system a good idea.

Had a lovely stay at 4 Silver Moss Enjoyable neighborhood pool, quick access to bike paths and ocean. Quiet cul de sac with gorgeous views of golf course. Plenty to do, see, eat in area!!

We had an amazing week. Our 2 families were very comfortable in the 4 bedroom house. It’s the perfect location for an easy bike ride to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great house! Close to beach! Everything about house was good. A few things should be addressed. We got there on a Wednesday and trash can was completely full. Trash pickup was supposed to be Friday and they were supposed to come to the house to pick up the trash can. They drove right by and we had to run out and flag them down to get them to pick it up. Also, not enough toilet paper or kitchen trash bags. Had to go buy that. No washcloths either.

The location is excellent! It is an easy walk to the beach and pool. The bike trails are at the entrance to the neighborhood. The layout of the house is great for 2 families. We had more than enough space to spread out. The screen porch is great for relaxing at the end of the day or with your morning coffee. The kitchen dishes and cookware are very well stocked. A few thoughts- the mattresses in the upstairs master are showing their age. Make sure you bring your own spices (probably related to COVID), but there was nothing! Not even salt or pepper. It was an excellent stay

It was a very comfortable house overall. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. The screened in porch is very nice. Some of the furniture could stand to be updated. The couch in the main den has been well loved. But the house was stocked well and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great week on Kiawah Island, one of our favorite places to bring family together. The location is a quick bike ride to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the home. The extra living space upstairs was perfect for our 2 young grandchildren to spread out. We used the community pool several times finding very few others making use of it. My only comment for future folks is one of the rooms with 2 double beds has spring mattresses and would probably be better suited to young folks who don't care so much.

We have rented many homes in the Ocean Green neighborhood over the years and this is our favorite home! Ocean green homes are in a terrific location..easy walk to the beach, Sancturay and Turtle Point Clubhouse .The open layout for our family worked so well. Family members enjoyed the upstairs family room as a place to get away as well as make business calls. Furniture was comfortable, including all mattresses and pillows...we are picky about mattresses too. The kitchen is small, but has a pantry for all staples we brought .Everything needed for cooking was available. We will be renting this home again in the future .

Sweetgrass contacted us after Hurricaine Florence to leet us know all was well and ready for our vacation. They were quick to respond to our questions. The place was clean and well layed out. The furniture was updated as were the kitchen and baths. The only downside was the mattresses upstairs. Fortunately we only had 2 to a room so they just slept in seperate beds. The walk to the pool and beach were easy. We had a toddler and a baby so we brought a foldable wagon to help with the walks, but for anyone older it was very doable. I wish there was more porch furniture on the screened in porch, for more of us to gather at one time. We enjoy being outside, but without the bugs. The garage was a great place to store our bikes and beach items. All made for a great vacation. Great house, thank you for sharing. Sweet Grass is great to deal with, don't change that.

Great experience working with Sweetgrass! Love this home. Beautiful views out front and back. Great floor plan. Nice porches. Well-stocked. Beautiful floors and countertops! Nice art. Appreciate the updated bathrooms. Upstairs mattresses a little saggy. Wish the windows facing beautiful backyard were cleaner for better view. Also, wish the outside screens of back porch were cleaner so you weren’t looking at dead leaves on screens. But everything else was perfect. Hope to stay there again! Great property! Nice layout, clean, attractive house. Beautiful lot. Hope to stay there again soon.
