Update 12/18/23:  Owner recently completed some repairs and upgrades in the unit, including new wallpaper, removing popcorn ceilings, new porch furniture, new kitchen ware, new couch covers, and deep carpet cleaning! 

This charming property, which is located in the popular Pelican Watch Villas, has lovely oceanfront views and overlooks a pristine and secluded beach. Situated on the first floor of the villa complex, it is a great spot to enjoy a Seabrook Island beach vacation. Dine on your own balcony while dolphin, shrimp boats, and windsurfers glide by.

The master bedroom features a King size bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom. For added convenience, there is a second bathroom located in the hallway for guests and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped allowing you to cook while enjoying a glass of wine and the view all at once! Small dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

Guests have FREE access to the Lake House and Beach Club with this condo.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Beginning January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island will be requiring all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

Beautiful nature views from the kitchen, living room and on the deck/porch. Great boardwalk to the beach. The villa itself was well stocked and maintained. The market at Freshfields was convenient for picking up last minute items. We loved the biking and were even able to see a dolphin strand feeding by Captain Sam’s Spit. Live music outside at the marina in the evening was an added bonus. Would definitely enjoy coming back again!!

Such a beautiful, serene condo with everything there you may need to have the best stay ever. There are even 2 bikes included The view is spectacular. Will certainly be back! The owners should be very proud of their unit Thank you.

We love Seabrook Island! Lynai from Sweetgrass was amazing and saved the day for us when the plumbing burst. She was great. We were very stressed because my husband has Parkinson’s Disease so we were getting away to relieve stress. It was a wonderful time of year to visit and the pool and Pelicans nest were fantastic. We have been coming for years and we love it. We may be moving to Chicago but will still return with the entire family. We’ll have to rent a house! Thank you and special thanks to Lynai!

This is our second time staying at this condo. It has a great, quiet location and amazing view of the water and beach. I have a few suggestions to improve the look and feel. Since it is dog friendly, I suggest taking out the carpeting in the living room and make use of the wooden floors. Also, adding new draperies and in the living room and cushions on the deck chairs would spruce it up and give it an updated feel. All in all it’s a good place to stay!

Unit was everything we hoped for. Lovely views of the dunes and beautiful sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Just the right size for two of us and our dog (who by the way totally enjoyed the beac!). Friendly neighbors, many of whom like us were there to escape the northern winters. Nice jump off place for visiting family and long term friends in Charleston. We had stayed in a similar unit at Pelican Watch several years ago and know we’ll be back. Sweetgrass was very easy to deal with and responsive to our needs.

Enjoyed the week very much, our 2 grandkids 1 dog, weather was great, stayed at beach most of the time some at the pool, only left the island once. Unit was clean a couple minor issues but taken care of immediately, pet friendly unit but there were some stains on the carpet. Everything to start the vacation was provided, would definitely stay again. The rental agency were very accommodating and everyone associated with them very helpful...

Excellent accommodations and location within Pelican Watch. Recommend bringing beach towels and condiments for cooking if plan on making meals in the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils but no stocked condiments like salt, pepper, oil, etc. The coffee pot did not have a filter so I purchased a reusable one and left it behind. The carpet does need to be replaced but it was nice to not have to worry too much about it since I brought my dog with me. This is an excellent dog friendly place. The bed was super comfy and it's a really nice and quiet space. I will definitely return! Very low key and laid back atmosphere. Just the spot for the relaxation I was seeking.

A great getaway place with beautiful views and beaches. Your dog will love the access to the beach and the surroundings. The upgraded kitchen is a plus. The decor has a nice beach vibe and the amenities are upgraded and appliances are new.

The location was perfect. The unit needs some updating especially the toilets are small in the bathrooms and ceiling fan on back porch is wobbly and old. The kitchen was nice and updated. There was a musty odor that lingered. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your property. The home was clean and convenient. The only items that I would call out that may need to be addressed are not being able to get the dishwasher to work properly/run (certainly could have been user error!) and the master bathroom shower drain being clogged and water filling the tub. Otherwise, I thought the property was great!

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was the perfect place to do so. Right on the beach, quiet, and a 3 minute bike right to the beach club!!

We had a de-LIGHT-ful stay! The beach a short walk away, the full deck view of the water and Edisto Island, and the deer feeding early mornings were all terrific! We look forward to returning.

I had the good fortune of staying for 3 months at PW 13103! You will not find a better view on Seabrook Island! Every sunset was glorious amd seeing pelicans and deer right off balcony was truly a gift. Easy walk to dog friendly beach where I saw dolohin most days! Had a few small problems but Sweetgrass addressed them immediately- kudos to Rachael and Linae and Drew!! Bed very comfortable- so nice to have two full bathrooms! Only negative is hearing people walking upstairs which gets old- still - would return due to the view and accomodating staff at Sweetgrass!

We had a wonderful few days of vacation at Pelican Watch. The condo was really clean and had just what we needed. The neighbors were really nice and offered suggestions of local restaurants and the complex was really quite. A great place to walk the neighborhoods in the morning and then the beach for evening walks and sunsets is fabulous. The condo is a short walk from the beach down a boardwalk and through a path in the dunes. If you are looking for rest and relaxation this is the place . We highly recommend Pelican Watch!

The one-bedroom villa was perfect for my husband and myself. We loved having direct access to the beach for our dog. Everything that was shown in the photos of the villa was accurate. The Villa had very nice furnishings and the internet worked very well for my husband who was working. A couple of hiccups:We had asked for early arrival cleaning services, but our unit had not been cleaned when we arrived at 2pm. The manager on duty was responsive and got a cleaning crew over right away and refunded our $50 fee. There were a couple of small repairs that needed attention and I sent those in an earlier email. We will be back!
