When it's cold outside, find a cozy spot and warm up with a hot cup of coffee. We've got a half dozen great places to hit during your Isle of Palms getaway.

First up is a local favorite, the Sea Biscuit Cafe, where they keep your coffee cup full. Enjoy a filling breakfast as well with their crabmeat omelet, buttermilk pancakes, or French toast.

The Co-Op is a friendly oasis that serves a $1 cup of fresh, hot coffee, along with breakfast, gourmet sandwiches, and salads. They also have a Sullivan's Island location.

Cafe Paname serves locally-roasted coffee with an array of choices, including Cafe au Lait, drip, espresso, and cappuccinos. They'll also whip up a beautiful and delicious mocha.

Find sanctuary at The Refuge's Coffee Bar. Sip a Macchiato while digging into something from their Morning Tide menu. Other hot drinks include Mexican Mocha and Dark Chocolate S'Mores, along with a hot tea selection.

If you're staying in Wild Dunes Resort, pop into Hudson's Market on the Village Plaza for your morning cup of joe. You can't beat the convenience, the friendly staff, and the delicious brew. It's also a great place to pick up a pound of coffee to take back to your vacation rental.

We're throwing in a bonus site: Beardcat Sweetshop on Sullivan's Island, which is just a little more than 2 miles from the south end of Isle of Palms. Discover a perfect pairing of artisanal coffee drinks with a sweet treat in this whimsical setting.
