Step out onto the spacious oceanfront balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the waves, or take in a stunning sunrise. The balcony is accessible from both king suites as well as the living room, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort and flexibility. Two spacious king suites each feature private en-suite bathrooms and direct balcony access with ocean views. **The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area July to mid-August. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**
