Description

This third floor condo has the best views in the community. See all the way to the Morris Island lighthouse from the balcony and Wild Dunes from the front door. Just steps from the beach, private fishing pier, Isle of Palms County Park, and pool.

The kitchen includes upgraded cabinets and counter tops, plus new stainless steel appliances including a French door style refrigerator.

The cozy bedroom, typical to Sea Cabins, has been opened up to the rest of the condo with glass French doors. No feeling cramped here! The addition of a built in dressing vanity/workspace with upper cabinets in the hallway makes this area very functional.

The condo sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living area.

Sea Cabins are the perfect place for a family get-a-way or romantic vacation.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a great time with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean off our balcony. Very convenient location too. There is a grocery store, gift shop, liquor store, and a bunch of different food places all in walking distance from our sea cabin!! Highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed spending 4 nights at this Sea Cabins unit. Upon arrival we found that the unit was very clean and cooled down for us. Everything worked in the unit and it was very well equipped. The view of the beach and the ocean from our balcony was exceptional. A short walk across the dune walkway and we were on the beach. The only negative is that the couch was not all that comfortable. If you have a problem with stairs, don't do a 3rd floor unit as it's over 40 steps. there is no elevator. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

This location was very clean. The owners were so thoughtful to provide travel size items like shampoo, coffee, and dish soap. The bed and couch were comfortable. The location is great. It is within walking distance to several different restaurants. The third floor views were worth carrying our bags up the stairs! We enjoyed the private pier and easy access to the beach.

Sweetgrass was the perfect place to stay. The hosts were extremely proactive, instructions for arrival and departure were easy to follow. The property itself is in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and pier. Walkable to restaurants and shops. I could not imagine staying in a more perfect area!! We will be coming back to isle of palms and I would absolutely stay here again! Everything was as pictured. The property was clean and well taken care of. Perfect relaxing get away!

We enjoyed our stay and the view of the ocean is wonderful. Lots of storage and kitchen amenities were fine. A couple of things need to be fixed. The smoke alarm in kitchen goes off even when using the toaster, very sensitive. The glass doors to the porch were installed incorrectly. In a hard rain, water pours into the unit on the floor from outside. We spent quite a bit of time mopping this up and the person in the unit downstairs from us actually came up and said water was leaking into his ceiling. If we had not been at the unit I’m not sure what the water damage would have been, as we filled buckets full of water that came in from the porch. We enjoyed the private beach access and the convenience to lots of surrounding things to do. Parking was easy and convenient. Neighbors were not noisy so that’s nice. Isle of Palms is beautiful and we’d like to come back sometime!

Nice unit with a great view and easy access to the beach. Clean, neat and a well equipped kitchen (including a Keurig). Some bits could do with a bit of updating, but nothing that interfered with a very good vacation. As usual, Sweetgrass took care of everything, which makes it an easy choice. A few things to keep in mind: it is on the 3rd floor and there are a lot of steps. Good exercise.There is something funky with the door lock and it does not automatically re-lock when you open the door. I think this is actually broken and should be repaired. Make sure to check when leaving or coming in for the night.It seems odd that a dehumidifier is needed in an air-conditioned unit. AC removes moisture. Not the worst thing in the world, though it is a bit noisy. The oven needs to have a cleaning cycle run. Pretty unpleasant on warm-up. I suspect that is not a standard part of the unit cleaning. Take the words "heated pool" with a grain of salt. Nice, very clean pool otherwise. Trust me on this one.Pet-peeve: if you're renting a space and don't know how to adjust a TV, please don't. It was completely unwatchable on arrival. Yeah, yeah, not a fault with the unit :)So, in short: we had a wonderful time in a great location (make sure to visit ALL the local restaurants - very good) with a wonderful beach. I'd do it again in a heart beat.

This was our second trip to Sea Cabins ; first time in 304. Nice unit , well equipped and comfortable. We like the position of the bed . The placement of the bed is so much better than being against the window . The outside lights at night are bothersome if the bed is against the window. Frankly , it’s the major reason for choosing the unit . We will definitely return next year .

Buildings are A on the left as you are looking at them (not easy to find). The closest entrance to our room was closed so we had to find a different way up. Room is exactly as pictured! Beautiful view, bed was comfy, plenty of chairs for the balcony, ice maker, good space. Third floor is a must to get great views of the ocean. I probably didn’t read, but just so ya know…no elevator so plan accordingly! Room had all the basics, kureig, cold air conditioning, shower drained (those that frequent beach places know that is a big deal). Love the key pad for the door and beach entrance vs an actual key. Key pad for entrance to the parking lot would be nice (too easy for beach goers to creep in the small lot and then tag behind someone to get onto the beach). This is a very popular beach so lots of kids playing during the day and perfect for walking in the morning and evenings. We gathered lots of shells, and saw about 15 starfish on night we loved being able to walk to about 7 different restaurants without having to leave the isle. Ice cream, shops with chairs and towels and anything else you forget is available, lots of bikes and golf carts, clean little area! We would definitely come back!!

We enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is the showstopper. The place was clean and equipped with everything. Drew with the property management company was helpful when we needed the code to the beach access gate. There is a Harris Teeter and great restaurants very close by. The beach is incredible. I wish we didn't have to leave. Thank you so much!

This place is PERFECT!!!! It has its own pier - just for guests - the room was nice - exactly like the pictures! The staff I emailed or called were so nice and had the answers I needed. We will definitely be back and book with this company!!!!

Great property offering everything we wanted in amenities. The charcoal grill, bike racks, walking proximity to grocery store, island shops, and nail salon, ample parking, and plenty of kitchen tools were all extras that helped us enjoy our stay. We could watch the ocean from our balcony! Host was responsive to our questions. Finding quarters for the laundry was a challenge and the cabinet interiors could have used a wipe down. We also had trouble finding the pull-out couch sheets but discovered them on day 3 under the bed (which was clean), so it worked out. We will be returning as quickly as we can!

Our grandson had a Baseball Tournament in Charleston so we made it a week vacation at Isle of Palms. We had a great time and our condo we clean and nicely decorated, perfect for the two of us. Beautiful area!

We loved the space. Had everything we needed, The bed was super comfy. Service was excellent. We order extra towels, when I noticed they weren’t in the room. I sent a text, someone brought them with in 30 minutes. The views were incredible. The only downside was the three flight of stairs but we knew that. The beach was extremely busy which we should have expected but didn’t. Perfect vacation place. Love it was so near to Mt Pleasant. Where we found. Great food and a perfect yoga studio.

My boyfriend and I had an excellent stay at Sea Cabins 304A. The condo was spacious enough for the two of us and had all the amenities needed for our quick trip to Isle of Palms for a friend’s wedding. The view of the ocean from the balcony is gorgeous. The location of the condo is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. The only recommendation I would make is to get a water heater that lasts longer - the two of us could not shower back to back without the latter person running out of hot water at the beginning of their shower. Would definitely love to return to enjoy the ocean when the water is warm enough!

Location was terrific with great views of the beach from our balcony. Our checkin and check out experience were seamless. The unit was clean and exactly what you’d expect from a beach retreat. The furniture was comfortable - nothing fancy. Everything worked as expected.

As first time condo renters, we were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed Sea Cabin 304A. Perfect location, fantastic view, cozy with the fluffiest white towels! The unit was immaculately clean and everything was better than expected. We loved walking on the beach every day and sitting on the balcony. Our weather was terrible, but we still had a great week. We hope to return again in the fall!

This was my 2nd year staying in this apt. I stay for a month each winter. It’s convenient and within walking distance to many great restaurants. The deck overlooking the beach is a great place for wine and sunsets. This is like my home away from home.

Best sea cabin we have ever stayed in. Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and many hooks throughout to hang items on. Sofa bed and bed comfortable. Very clean!! View spectacular!! Outstanding customer service! The women who answered the phone was outstanding! She had the best customer service I have ever had!
