Description

Everything you are looking for in a beach vacation is right outside the door of this 1 bedroom Seagrove Villa. Located on the first floor, it has everything you need and more for a relaxing vacation. It's all about the location and is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. Most importantly it is 50 yards away from the sun and sand! The Seagrove Villas is a wonderful community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool and is the perfect location to be close to the resort center.

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by a bright open floor plan. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has plenty of space to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The large counter island and bar provides seating with three additional bar stools. With beautiful hardwood floors, the living space is comfortably furnished with a queen size sofa sleeper and has a flat screen TV. It is open to the dining table which seats 4 guests. The bedroom includes a king size bed and TV. The beautiful bathroom has a custom tiled shower and new vanity.  For convenience, the villa includes a washer and dryer and wireless internet.

Perfect get-a-way! The kitchen was well stocked and the unit was spacious and comfortable! Condo was super clean upon arrival! We highly recommend renting through Sweetgrass ~ our first experience with them and it was excellent!

We really enjoyed Seagrove! Our first time staying in Isle of Palms was fantastic! Our condo was very clean, spacious, and felt cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed for our week there. Super convenient to the pool and the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better time! We will be back.

The condo was immaculate, well maintained and comfortable. The location is incredible and only a short five minute walk to shops for coffee, food, ect. The condo is very close to the pool and beach and the 36 hole golf course was just across the street. It was the perfect vacation spot, we will definitely book this condo again.

It was so close to the beach and the pool. It was quiet and kind of secluded from the rest of the resort. We had asked for beach chairs but they were not promised, so we were thrilled to see that 2 were available! My only dissatisfaction was the pillows on the bed. They were lumpy and got hot very easily. Other than that, the bed was comfortable. Oh, and I wouldn't use a down comforter in the South, especially in warmer weather. The condo was very spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated. We would definitely consider coming again.

We have stayed in the Seagrove condos for several years and this 2023 year did not disappoint. Perfect location to everything. The unit was clean and comfortable and the Sweetgrass staff very attentive. Love Wild Dunes!

Enjoyed our beach trip and found this unit quite comfortable. As noted by other reviewers, there is a lot of noise from above - don't know why it isn't better insulated from that noise. It would be nice to have a few more basic items provided - e.g., salt/pepper, sugar, oil. Another useful item would be a cable to connect computer to HDMI - I had my cable but found it very difficult to plug it in.

The unit was just perfect for our short stay. It was advertised as a 5 minute walk to the beach but was more like 2 minutes! The furnishings were perfect. I’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! While the unit could use slight TLC, it was super cute and met our needs well with two small kids. The management Co. was awesome! Very responsive and helpful. Pool was smaller than the picture made it seem but was fine and fun! There were a bit of ants at a table at the pool but we flagged down a landscaper and he helped take care of the issue. Overall really pleasant stay and experience. Will definitely recommend and rent from this complex and management co. Again.
