Welcome to 3907 Palm Boulevard, a newly constructed, stunning 8 bedroom oceanview home on the beautiful Isle of Palms, just a short drive to the historic city of Charleston. Be among the first to experience the refined, coastal elegance throughout. 

Stationed just steps away from beach access on the iconic and coveted Palm Boulevard, you’ll arrive to ocean sounds and the smell of salty breezes. Take pleasure in the convenient ground floor elevator, accessible from the expansive 4-car garage for unloading and unpacking with ease.

All eight bedrooms in the home are suites, complete with private baths and TVs with streaming abilities. The first three king suites are located on the first level. Two with large walk-in, rainfall showers, and one with a tub/shower combination. 

Head upstairs (or take the elevator!) to the second level for four additional bedrooms as well as a laundry room with a utility sink. On this floor, you’ll find a room with two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Next up is another king suite with private bath and a tub/shower combination. There are two more luxury king suites on this second level. Both share access to a gorgeous sun porch, complete with beautiful views of the Atlantic. One of the primary suites also includes a beautiful soaking tub, perfect for after a long day of sun at the beach. 

Finally, we come to the third level, a kid’s paradise! This loft-style suite, which takes up the entire top level of the home, features an entertainment room with a Smart TV, games, and access to another sun deck with ocean views. This massive room sleeps up to 4 with the two built-in twin beds and twin trundles underneath. You might not be able to get the kids in the group to come down after seeing the space!

Loved the house. Deck and pool off of the great room was so wonderful and easy to watch the grandchildren. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The management team was proactive and extremely helpful in resolving any issues we had. It would be helpful to get a one week out inventory sheet from the house to know what’s there so that we don’t duplicate necessary items, such as high chairs, pack n plays, beach chairs. Special shout out to Crystal for all her help. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect spring getaway for a large group of longtime friends. The house was beautiful - as described or better. Large open plan living areas leading out to the deck/pool/hot tub. Clean, bright, airy, comfortable, "beachy" feel. The views of the ocean from the top two floors were just lovely. Anything we needed or requested was provided very quickly by the managing team. We all want to return - hopefully soon!

The house was perfect for our all the adults and kids. The pool was used all day. Access to the beach was so convenient. I highly recommend the property. It is a beautiful home and if there was any issue Sweetgrass properties got right on it (including help on Labor day Monday using the emergency number) My only negative note on this is that the house should provide ample beach towels.

We love this house. It fits our large extended family very well. Close to the beach, beautifully decorated, large rooms with great bathrooms. Great pool and deck with cover and the pool is semi shaded in late afternoon. Sweetgrass properties is wonderful to work with. There are some small things that need attention: one row of wire fence on pool deck has been broken since last year, drapes in several bedrooms need to be rehung, needs a couple new skillets, grill has been terrible for two years, needs to be replaced, missed the outdoor tv very much, could use a new stock pot for crab boils. Other than that we adore this house and hope to return.

Beautiful house in a great location, with easy walking access to the beach across the street. The 8 bedrooms with individual full baths worked great for our extended family. The pool and hot tub was a grandkid favorite. Sweetgrass was prompt and professional with a few issues we had and quickly dealt with them. A great spot for a large group.

Very nice, clean and well updated. Only suggestion wood be better directions on opening the garage doors. And making it clear the elevator for not go to the top level. Great place and. We will try to use it again.

This house is absolutely stunning. There is so much room but the most amazing part is THE SERVICE. This house is newly on the rental circuit and we had a few tiny things we needed assistance with as they were working out some kinks. We reached out to them and in EIGHT MINUTES someone was at our front door. All of the staff was amazing and friendly and prompt. The location of this house to the beach is great with a short walk. All of the amenities are top notch and the decor is beautiful. We will absolutely stay here again!!
