Perfect Home Regardless of Weather!

We are frequent guests at Kiawah but this was our first visit staying non-beach front. All in our family agree this property is THE BEST home we have vacationed at. Despite rainy and windy weather pretty much our entire visit, we had THE BEST time! We loved the relatively quiet location (new construction is nearby), distance from the entrance (25 min drive), and not being beach front as we usually preferred, we fell for the lagoon view, the amazing pool and hot tub, heated covered porch, huge chef kitchen with butler pantry and ample PRIVATE space for everyone, even those who unfortunately, still had to work! Just a few suggestions: measuring spoons, new can opener and an instant pot for visiting chefs!! We are grateful for our new find and look forward to our next family get together! Beautiful home!!!

Our second visit to your magnificent home... even better than the first time! We loved coffee on the porch and the kids loved the pool and bunk beds. Must eat at Linnette's, Cafe Eugenia, Sunset @ Ocean Course and get ice cream at Freshfields! Thank you!

This is a beautiful house. We had our family vacation with 4 kids and 7 adults. There was more than enough room. The kitchen is one of the best stocked one I’ve used. Make sure you rent extra beach towels they will be needed. Great pool comfortable beds everything you might need. I want to give a shout out to the property manager. They were so very helpful before the trip and while we were there. They responded every time within 5 minutes and the few problems we had were taken care of right away.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed that it did not feel like a rental but an actual home with comfortable bedding and everything we needed was readily available. One issue in the master was that the outlets did not work in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was great! Would love to come back to this house next year.

Home was excellent for 4 couples + kids, we loved the pool and spa. Wish the owner allowed the outdoor screens to be operable but no problem. Indoor basketball hoop was great. Beds were somewhat comfortable mattresses. More dish towels were needed. Amenities of the house were overall excellent. Needed an electric blower for leaves by pool.

Lovely, comfy house. Love the vegetation around here - quite different from Kansas. Beach walk, trail walks, good food, sightings of many birds and wildlife. Wonderful day trip to Magnolia Plantation.

King tide, full moon, amazing beach walks in the mornings, deer carnage by alligator, bird serenades all morning. Great kayak trip, meals, shooting & pool time. Birds sighted: Sanderling, black crown night heron, comorant, Mud Hen, beast sandpiper, fish crow, American crows, bald eagle, plover, willet, Carolina wren, Northern Harrier hawk.

The house was set up for a large group, we enjoyed our time there. The way the house was decorated made the house very special. Kitchen was large and had he nice counter where the kids could eat. We enjoyed the outdoor space and especially the outdoor tv to watch March Madness. Bedrooms were very spacious and bathrooms were excellent and the master suite downstairs had so much closet space plus hooks to hang your stuff. It was very quiet neighborhood and location to Ocean Course was great. We would love to come back.

The house was amazing with a nice view of the marsh. The hot tub was great after a round of golf. The location is nice and secluded and quite peaceful.
