The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center.  Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

This villa had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Location was excellent and just a short walk to the beach. Sweetgrass staff was also very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

The staff at Sweetgrass are wonderful. They were very attentive and made everything so easy. As for 912 Sealoft, the house was great as well. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach or a short drive to the beach club. The family all had a great vacation. I would recommend Sweetgrass and 912 Sealoft to everyone without hesitation. Thanks for assistance with the memories made.

I had rented this condo for my husband and myself to see friends in Seabrook. My husband was not able to go but I went on alone. It was a beautiful condo, clean and well stocked with what I needed. I had a great respite there. The location was not far from the clubhouse, where I walked each morning. There were ample towels and comfortable beds. I would rent it again.

This property was amazing! It was very accommodating to both my family and pup. We enjoyed the amenities of home such as the washer dryer and full kitchen while on vacation. The short walk to the beach was doable with both our pup and toddler. We will definitely be coming back. The pet friendly housing and beach made this a whole family vacation.
