This was a wonderful home. We generally stay at a home closer to Boardwalk 40 which is better for us in the summer. However, for an off season stay this will be our top choice. The owners have done a beautiful job with it. Greatly appreciated.

This was the perfected home, just what we needed! This home had one extra bedroom I did not need, it was my 18 year old son, 17 year old daughter, and me. When I saw the pictures and location I knew it would be just right, and it did not disappoint. The home is just minutes away from the parking area by pier 40 where we had access to the beach. Also, 3.5 miles to The Ryder Cup Bar at the Ocean Course where we went for drinks and sunset watching almost every night. My son and I played Osprey Point which is practically next door. The kitchen has everything you need, we mostly cooked in except 2 nights. There is an outdoor grill that works well and is kept in good condition. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are very well appointed. Even the body wash and soap they use is first class. The house has a beautiful living room with very comfortable couches and chairs. The tv and sound system are perfect for movie night! Our favorite was the screened in porch where we ended every night playing UNO and telling stories. This home made our vacation truly special. Kudos to the property management company, Sweetgrass Properties. I had to call with a couple of questions and they were alway very professional and helpful. I had an incident with faucet and they had someone come over immediately to assist. Very nice job! Kiawah continues to be one of my favorite beaches to visit, only five hours from Asheville. I will be renting this home on my next trip for sure! Big thanks to The Sweetgrass Team for taking care of everything!

Your home is beautiful! It is peaceful here - the sun peaking through the trees is so restful. The open plan is great for being together while cooking, eating, playing games, etc. The back porch is great for enjoying an cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening after a fun day at the beach. You have everything you need for an awesome week! Sunsets on the beach are a must - it is breathtaking! This is our first visit to Kiawah and we hope to visit this home with you all again! Four days wasn't enough time! The minute we walked in, we fell in love with your home. Coastal decor is my love and your home is both beautifully furnished and "homey" at the same time. The River Club and Cassique Club were excellent places for dinner. Boating to an island beach and spending the day was awesome! Your home is beautiful and loaded with everything you would need while enjoying time away from home. Our family enjoyed the open floor plan and the togetherness it provided. The proximity to the beach was amazing and we loved the option of beach parking to off-load sand toys, etc. We took a quick walk to the fishing dock to watch for alligators. Your home is absolutely fabulous! Our family had a wonderful time cooking, playing games, eating and enjoying the open family room. The kitchen is well-stocked! The mattresses are awesome. The screen-in porch is the perfect place for morning coffee - surrounded by nature. We even saw deer in our yard! Best Moments included golf, close proximity to beach, all the great bike paths, the views at Ryder Cup Grill at the Ocean Course, and restaurants at Fresh Fields.
