    4205 MW is a very nice rental unit. The only issue would be the outdoor areas. The outdoor cushions do appear to have been cleaned on a regular basis. The screened in porch could use a refresh.

    What a beautiful condo. I especially loved how this condo was stocked with plenty of dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. There is nothing more frustrating when you rent a condo for a week and the place only gives you a day or two worth of cleaning supplies. This has been a fabulous week, and the condo is lovely.

    We enjoyed our stay. Quiet and peaceful location. The home had everything we needed. Well appointed and very clean. We were in Charleston for a wedding and were so glad we chose this location. Very family oriented. Would visit again.

    Our college girl's trip was wonderful! We loved Mariner's Watch! The house, the location and the weather were perfect! Also Sweetgrass Properties was great to work with from the booking and throughout our stay.

    Great condo! Great view of the beach, neat and clean, comfortable beds, and a nice screened-in porch. There is about 30 steps to get to this second level condo, but it is worth the climb. Great access to the beach.

    Great location, and great view. Comfortable furniture and upscale linens and bedding. Cookware, utensils and glassware all plentiful and more than serviceable. All that and the property management team was super responsive. We hope to return.
