Great location. Sunrise from this location is beautiful. Apartment is furnished attractively, and kitchen had all we needed. We enjoy biking on the island, and this is a perfect location for accessing the bike trails. The apartment was clean and well cared for. Great place for a winter getaway.

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left (which of course we didn’t want to leave) we had a great time. The side balcony allowed beautiful views of the beach and the view from the primary bedroom was stunning. We slept with the windows open at night to hear the ocean sounds. They don’t tell you about the spa like shower which was wonderful after a day at the beach. Sweetgrass staff was great before we arrived and during our stay. We had a problem with the door lock upon arrival but somehow got in; but they made sure we were all taken care of when they learned about our issue. Kiawah Island is beautiful, the deer were roaming freely along the island and right around our condo area. Already planning our next trip!

The views from the master bedroom are amazing. Can lie in bed and watch the sunrise or wake up to a moonlit room. (Also had lovely shades if that is not your thing!) kitchen very well equipped. New washer and dryer. Very short stroll to beach. Five minute drive to tennis center and The Sanctuary. Good AC. Ice maker was a little wonky one day and management company was on it very quickly. Only downside was the furniture in main room while comfortable- needs to be cleaned it has some stains and is tired looking. The porch has a hammock for one that is lovely for an afternoon nap or reading a book. We would definitely rent again.
