With its southern-style porches, spacious interior, beautiful coastal décor, and thoughtful amenities (including available golf cart), this inviting home is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing island escape.

Step inside to a large open and airy living space, where a soaring cathedral ceiling, wide-plank pine hardwood floors, and plantation shutters set the stage for a luxurious yet comfortable retreat. The neutral color palette and 10-foot ceilings enhance the home's tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal space to unwind, entertain and have family fun.

The renovated kitchen features granite countertops, a gas stove, modern stainless steel appliances, and a spacious central island with seating for five. The large dining table seats up to 10 guests, making it the perfect spot for shared meals and conversations.

This thoughtfully designed home offers three bedrooms:
·       A first-floor guest suite with two XL twin beds and a private bath.  (King sheets can be provided to alter this bed to a King, upon request.)
·       A kids' retreat with beautifully-crafted new built-in bunk beds (XL twins, sleeps four) and a private bath
·       A spacious master suite on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite bath

To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Seabrook Island. Having the golf cart was so much fun. It added to the vacation feel to zoom around the island to the beach and pools in the golf cart with the kids. We were supposed to have rain but ended up having sun the whole week. The house was well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could need, so cutely decorated and really comfortable beds and sitting areas for hanging out. The games and craft selection for the kids meant we didn’t even need most of the toys we brought. We had a brief issue with the air conditioner, and the management team was prompt at responding and addressing everything above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again if I was looking for a low-key beach and pool vacation.

The house was in a great location. Everything you needed was provided. Plenty of games and puzzles for children. Although we didn't rent the golf cart that was available it was very nice. Had a lotion spraying place in basement and a place to hang wet beach towels. Beach chairs were provided. Sweetgrass Properties was so helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely be renting house again.

Terrific house, plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen was well stocked and the house is well kept. Perfect location, close to the equestrian complex, fitness and short drive to beach. We will certainly rent this house again on our next trip to Seabrook Island.

We had a fabulous stay at this home in Seabrook. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything you need in a vacation home. The location was great too! We loved walking to see the horses and sitting on the back porch. There are plenty of games for the family to play and we loved the scrabble table too! We are coffee lovers and this house has 3 different machines along with a frother! The community is stunning with great restaurants and shopping nearby. I have already recommended this home to my friends and family and will absolutely be back!

Our family's beach week was so lovely! As a grandma, we have been renting beach houses for years and this one was one of the best. The house is beautiful, clearly well maintained and well appointed. I especially enjoyed the addition of a game table – a constant source of joyful connection. Every time I sat down, a grandchild would appear, eager to play a game. The biggest hits were scrabble, gin rummy and Boggle, which we found in the game basket. Such precious, quality family time! Morning coffee on the porch was a peaceful delight. The house was perfect for three generations of my family (my grandchildren are still talking about the built in bunks!), creating memories we'll treasure. We highly recommended the house and location!

Wonderful house for two families! The house exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was meticulously cared for and designed with families in mind. The house was stunning. It had lots of space to hang out in and we spent a ton of time out on the porch. The kitchen was really well equipped. We love to cook and we invited more friends over for dinner - we easily fit 12 for dinner (little kids ate at the game table) and had all the serving dishes/glasses we needed! The kids absolutely loved the bunk room because they each had their own private nook. They also took full advantage of all the games in the house and were always playing something. The golf cart was also so much fun for the kids. One of the highlights of our stay was the proximity to town. Several mornings we biked with the kids to grab coffee/breakfast. Renting the golf cart was a game-changer. It made getting around so easy and added a fun, unique element to our vacation. We used it to get to the beach every day and for quick runs into Freshfields. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly getaway where every detail has been considered. We’ll be back!
