Overall

This rental was beautiful and perfectly located on West Beach. The deck is shaded and comfortable, and the wide view of the ocean through the trees is ideal (better than a wide open sunny view, in our opinion). If there had been chaise lounges out there, we would have done a lot of napping there. The kitchen has nearly everything you could ask for. We'll be back!

You can’t beat this location! We had a wonderful stay in 3521 Seascape. The updated villa was beautiful and the view of the ocean was gorgeous. The villa was was spacious and well appointed!

Overall

Wow. This home is immaculate and so, so comfortable. We had two young kids with us and they had space to run around, while the adults had ample places to rest and read. The access to the beach is perfect, and sitting out on the porch and look out onto the water was wonderful to start and end the day. Given that we had kids, the only thing that would have made it more perfect would be being able to buy a couple of pool day passes because it was so hot!

Overall

We loved staying at this newly renovated condo. The furniture and design was beautifully done as a modern beach house. The kitchen has every appliance you could need including Le Creuset cookware. We loved the short walk to the beach every day and with the condo being close to the first gate, we could get to FreshFields and to Charleston much quicker than where we normally stay further down the island. Sweetgrass Properties does an amazing job at property management. We will only rent from their company each time we come. Looking forward to coming back again.
