Our family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers so enjoyed our stay at this well appointed house. We spent lots of time on the front porch with its rockers and oversized bench/bed swings. The kitchen was well stocked which made meal prep a breeze. The recent decor updates were very attractive and comfortable. The layout worked great - room to be together but also private space for all too. Location was perfect- short stroll to beach and community pool just around the corner. One of nicest rentals we’ve ever had anywhere!

I recently stayed at this beautiful rental and had an incredible experience all the way around! Would highly recommend as each detail has been carefully thought of, from amenities in the home, to the outstanding communication and hospitality to the host and beyond! There is plenty to do in close proximity to the house, with the beach being so close it made my morning walks very memorable! Lots of other activities as well including biking and golfing at one of the many world class courses here. Can’t say enough about my experience and will definitely be coming back soon.

We had a wonderful family trip staying here! The quick walk to the beach was convenient, and we loved the being close to restaurants at The Sanctuary. We could tell the home was recently renovated and enjoyed the updated kitchen and beautiful porches. Already looking forward to coming back

I recently stayed at this house during a trip with the family. The house was perfect for our family but I could see returning with a group of friends for a beach or golf week. The beds were extremely comfortable and living spaces gave us ample room to spread out when we wanted to relax alone or get some work done. The front porch swinging beds and rockers made for the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or read a book in the afternoon. There is a short walking trail from the house directly to the beach and if you don’t like the sand there is also a pool walking distance from house. The house had two bikes we were able to borrow to explore the miles of bike trails around the island.

We stayed at this rental home this past weekend and had an exceptional time. It was our first time visiting Kiawah Island, and we had a great experience exploring the activities the island had to offer. The home is very convenient for getting around the island - we rented bikes and were able to bike to any park we wanted and The Sanctuary is a 5 minute bike ride away. Another great aspect of this home is the private neighborhood pool right across the street. It has resort loungers, big umbrellas, and it was great to be able to walk to the pool instead of hiking the front of the island. The home was also great for our trip. Everything has been upgraded recently, and there’s not a detail missed. It was a great place to come back to after a long day of activities and the well equipped kitchen let us make meals and drinks as needed. The four large bedrooms also worked out great - everyone had their own space and 4 king beds made sure everyone was comfortable. The porch is also furnished with giant hanging sofas, and we had a great time enjoying the cool mornings out front with a cup of coffee.We had a great experience, and couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. Thank you! Will definitely be coming back soon.

We had the best time staying at this beautiful beach house! I stayed here with my husband and it was the perfect getaway. The house is brand new, just one block from the beach, and absolutely stunning inside. The decor is modern, stylish, and so thoughtfully done — it felt like staying in a magazine. We loved how close everything was, but the house still felt peaceful and private. We’re already planning our next trip back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

We stayed here for a girls’ trip and couldn’t have been happier with the house. It’s newly renovated, super clean, and so thoughtfully done, modern and fresh, but still really cozy and welcoming.The location was amazing, walking distance to the beach and just a quick bike ride to everything else. We also loved having access to the community pool. We spent mornings on the porch with coffee, cooked dinners together at night, and had so much fun just being in the space. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Already dreaming about coming back.
