Surrounded by Kiawah's beautiful landscape, the indoors and out are brought together through multiple French doors off the dining and living areas. From cooking in the gourmet kitchen, to playing games on the dining table, and even watching the big game in the living room, this home is perfect for relaxing, social gatherings!

The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, and the beautiful artwork above the couch is a focal point of the room. It is a wonderful, spacious room to relax and unwind after a long day on the golf course or beach. Just off the living room is a small dining area, with a breakfast table that seats 4, and a wet bar for added convenience.  The gourmet kitchen has an ideal layout and features upgraded countertops, cabinetry, and new appliances. There is a large central island to help make cooking and preparation a breeze, which has 4 added barstools for guests. The formal dining area, just off the kitchen, has grand windows and seating for 6 guests. For ease, there is also a half bath on the main floor.

The main level master suite offers a king bed, TV, access to the outdoor deck, and an ensuite bathroom. This amazing spa-type bathroom features his and her sinks, a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. Located upstairs are the remaining 2 bedrooms: one with a king and one with two twins. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom and TV. There is also an open-air deck on this floor.

Outdoors are meant to be enjoyed in this amazing vacation home. The large wrap-around deck is perfect to enjoy the beautiful sunshine and coastal breeze.

This property was thoughtfully equipped with every accommodation you need. It was beautifully appointed as well. The outdoor living space exceeded our expectation with comfortable seating and extended umbrellas. We were also pleasantly surprised with how efficient the kitchen worked to handle evening meals. The owners thought of everything and placed items exactly where you would need them. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We have been trying to get to Kiawah with Sweetgrass since the beginning of Covid. We finally booked 48 Burroughs Hall and the home completely exceeded all expectations we had. There is so much porch furniture outside for outdoor living, the home is so so well stocked, and it is set up beautifully. We were very pleased with how clean the home was on and small things like music being on for our arrival. Sweetgrass was an absolute pleasure to work with and I can’t recommend them enough.

This house is a 15 bike ride to beach, but the house itself is worth it being that distance! The pictures really don't do it justice. I went to find a coffee mug and found a huge flatscreen in the kitchen cabinet! Our wild 18 month old couldn't even find a ton to get into, and that is saying something! Amazing mattresses, nice blinds to keep kiddos asleep, and overall a lovely home! My guess is it will be fully booked in no time!
