To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

*Please note this property does NOT have access to the Beach Club Pools, the oceanfront restaurants, golf or tennis. It only has access to the Lake House and Marsh Walk Villas/ Bohicket Marina Village neighborhood pool.*

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

I so enjoyed my stay in this comfortable, beautiful condo overlooking the marina! The condo had everything I could have wanted for my stay, including a very comfortable bed, a well-appointed kitchen, lovely furnishings, a great location and a view it was hard to leave! Sweetgrass Properties was great to work with - good communication and great responsiveness. It was a wonderful stay!

The location and accommodations were great. Walls were rather bare, and pillows were only fair. The directions for QR code were confusing but otherwise we loved our Thanksgiving break at your rental. Thank you.

Perfect way to celebrate my birthday….beautiful accommodations….welcoming atmosphere….we had a terrific stay….we had one small request from the property management and they were very helpful and quick to address and take care of our request. Highly recommend this property and Sweetgrass Properties.

My wife and I had a great time at the villa. Very private and the photos look exactly like it did in person. We loved the fact that we could walk over to restaurants and live music. Walking along the boardwalk was relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bohicket Marina Villa! The villa was very clean, spacious, and had some incredible views. The location was ideal to walk to Freshfields Village and rent bikes to ride along both Seabrook and Kiawah. We are looking forward to staying here again!
