Welcome to 3 Club Cottage Lane,  the perfect place for your next family vacation! This premier rental is located within the exclusive Kiawah Island Golf Resort and is an ideal spot to experience island living and the unique landscape of the Lowcountry.  Situated within the prestigious Vanderhorst neighborhood and just minutes from private Resort beaches and the Atlantic Ocean, this special home enjoys views of both the marsh and woodland as well as distant peeks of the 13th and 14th hold of The Ocean Course.

Upon entering the home, you will find a thoughtfully-designed living space, great for both relaxing and entertaining.  The living room features comfortable, modern furnishings and a flat screen TV.  The floor to ceiling windows allow the natural light to shine throughout the home. highlighting the scenic views of Kiawah Island. The kitchen, also on this main level, is well appointed with granite countertops and upgraded appliances and is fully equipped with all cookware needed for making a delicious meal.  The adjacent dining room with large table has seating for up to 8 guests. Plus, for additional space there are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island and a round table in the living room that can be used for games or meals.

The home offers 4 bedrooms that each have private bathrooms and in-room televisions. On the first floor of the home, you'll find the first master suite with King bed (Bedroom #1) as well as a second bedroom (Bedroom #2), containing two full size beds.  Moving to the second level of the home, you'll discover the second master suite with King bed (Bedroom #3)and private balcony, as well as the fourth bedroom (Bedroom #4), which also contains two full size beds.

The most popular spot at the property, however, are the outdoor porches and deck areas.  Enjoy days swimming and taking in the marsh views on the impressive deck with private heated infinity-edge pool.  Island breezes often keep this deck area cooler than other homes in the neighborhood, making it a special place to relax.  Enjoy a calm breezy morning or late night conversations on the beautiful screened porch.  You may even see some deer or other wildlife in the back yard!

My family of five had a delightful stay at 3 club cottage. The house was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, the beach was walking distance, and the views out the back were lovely. I recommend paying for the pool heat if available as that was a highlight for us. It is not large but a good size for our family and so welcoming right out the back doors. I do wish we had brought our own board games for a rainy day. We learned reservations are a must if dining out on Kiawah for dinner even if the restaurant serves more casual fare. Thank you Sweetgrass for your communication about our stay. It was a lovely experience.

We had the most wonderful week staying in this beautiful home. The house was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook- by far the best in any rental we have ever had. The pool and view of the marsh were beautiful and the proximity to the beach was great. We will definitely come back.

The house very clean and well appointed. We rented the house for a family reunion and everyone had fun and was comfortable. The pool was clean and warm and good for soaking and lounging while chatting. The covered patio was very nice to gather in the mornings and evenings. The beds were very comfortable but everyone mentioned they didn’t like the pillows. Those should probably be changed out. The kitchen had great appliances and pots, pans and knives. That isn’t always the case in rentals. The family gathered to watch TV in the evenings and the set up was not ideal. I would suggest taking the TV out of the big cabinet so it could be adjusted. The seating now doesn’t allow for clear or unobstructed viewing. The TV could also be bigger for the room size. The check in was easy. Some instructions in the house manual on the easiest way to gain beach access would have been helpful. We would recommend this house to others.

The house is clean, well appointed and comfortable in all regards. Layout is fantastic and the house is in good shape. It is starting to show some rental use wear, but nothing out of the ordinary. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Private location, not far from beach and golf or tennis. Heating the pool is a must (Jan visit)!

The beautiful house at 3 Club Cottage Lane was everything we could hope for. Likewise, Sweetgrass Properties who manages the house were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the pool on the deck just outside the family room. We do plan to return in the next few years for a visit. We also thought the whole Kiawah Island is a unique place to vacation. This is especially true if one is a golfer.
