The home is exactly as advertised and has ocean views. Each couple will have their own private bathroom and bedroom which was great for our group. There are three levels of the home. Two bedrooms are on the first floor, one bedroom is off the kitchen and living room and the main floor and there is another bedroom on the top/third floor. The kitchen is small but had the necessary equipment to cook while there. We loved the sink that had filtered water and a separate almost semi boiling water tap which we used for baby bottles and filling pots while cooking. If you plan to cook you will need your own spices and basic things like aluminum foil, plastic wrap etc as those items are not available. They had two coffee machines, one regular and one kcup machine which was nice. The property is very responsive should you need anything at all. They also helped us find a private chef who came in one evening and that was such a great recommendation.

The house was beautiful, quiet and in a great location! It was perfect for my family in size and had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach and wonderful trails for biking or walking. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay at 1113 Duneside road. The space was perfect for our family and the location was amazing. The property management team was very responsive prior to arrival. However, upon arrival there was an empty box with wrappings etc on the kitchen island and the hand soap and body wash in the master bathroom were basically empty. The only other drawback was that recycling was not near our building. We had to drive to the location. It would have been nice to have it located in the same area as the trash, which was in the parking area. We would absolutely return to Kiawah island and stay with one of their properties again.

This was our first time to Kiawah Island, and we enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was very comfortable, so convenient in front of the beach, and it had all the space and items we needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would def come stay here again.

My family and I so enjoyed our weekend at Duneside. We were there for a basketball tournament in Summerville.Kiawah is very special to our family. We have been vacationing at Kiawah for over 40 years, even before it was not completly developed. We like to come at least twice a year if possible!!
