Both bedrooms have private bathrooms and TVs.  Additionally, there is a small sitting room with balcony on this top level, which has the most incredible oceanfront views!

Excellent Location and responsive rental managers. View is obstructed by bushes on main level so can only see ocean from 2nd 3rd floor bedrooms. Kitchen needs some attention - not enough drinking glasses for a large house and chipped dining plates - dishwasher could use update. Main floor rugs need cleaning or replacing. Duvet covers are not secure and easily fall off - hopefully inner duvets are cleaned/replaced weekly. LIght switches are very confusing - labeling would be helpful. Shower head in twin bedroom confusing - needs labeling.

Great location to host our families. Plenty of room for preparing meals,games,relaxing and close proximity to the beach. Excellent property management response when we had questions or requested extra towels, glassware,etc. Kitchen needs some updates. Highly recommend. Thank you for a memorable week. Kay Farmer

Sweetgrass is my new “go to” on Kiawah rentals and we would definitely choose 1A Eugenia again. The ease of dealing with Sweetgrass was a big part of making this trip a success. The home is beautiful and is a layout that perfectly suited our group. Beach access is a key with toddlers (and grandparents) and you can’t beat the location of 1A Eugenia.

Other than the issues with the a/c on the second floor, 1A Eugenia did not disappoint. Location was perfect, house overall was comfortable. Kitchen could use a few upgrades i.e. dishwasher.

We loved our stay.The house is beautiful,the rooms and bathrooms are fully supplied, the location could not be much better and the process of checking in and out was easy. It is somewhat unfortunate a deal cannot be made with the community center right next door for pool use. Also the kitchen could really use some better cooking supplies.

Location is amazing. Only a few steps to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. Lot of room for large families or groups of friends. The screened in porch was the site for evening guitar playing and family bonding. You can't get a better location on Kiawah!

We have rented numerous homes on Kiawah Island and 1A Eugenia is one of the best. The location is great and the house is in good condition with ample parking. Use of the elevator and an ocean view (shrubs obstructed the view) from the first floor would have been nice especially with the price point of the property.
