Seabrook STR Permit #: STR25-000390

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE:  These club access fees apply to 2025. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2026.

To access the club amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity cards online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center.  Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.

Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required:  Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.

This is our second time staying at 1727 Fiddlers Cover, and we plan on returning for a third time. Everything about this unit is fabulous - the location, the views, and the unit itself. In addition, the responsiveness from the property management team is top notch! I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Seabrook Island!

This rental is beautiful! We had the best time relaxing here with an amazing view of the marsh! I am definitely glad that we rented the golf cart because it was about 10 minutes to the beach. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe add some curtains to the master bedroom unless you enjoy waking up with the sun! It did not bother me, but it woke my 8 month old early. Otherwise, amazing rental!

As annual visitors to Seabrook…we thoroughly enjoyed our first visit / stay “on the marsh”. The owners of this villa did an amazing job with the remodel. Shiplap work was so well done and the beds were so comfortable. The views and sunsets are simply incredible…and we spent a lot of time down the marsh dock (crabbing was SO much fun!). We had just a couple of issues that needed tending to, and the Sweetgrass team was incredibly responsive. This was our first time renting via Sweetgrass, but it will not be the last. We would absolutely return to this villa & Sweetgrass as a property rental / management company. Thanks for a memory making stay!

We loved every aspect of the townhome. The decor was great; the layout accommodated our family of three. We loved sitting outside on the screened deck and the deck off the master bedroom. We also appreciated the little things like the shampoo and body wash in each bathroom and the towels. The detailed advance notice for the car registration and amenity cards was also appreciated. We also liked visiting the dock in the evenings to watch the sunset. Perfect vacation that involved peace and tranquility.

Our first visit to Seabrook. Definitely won't be our last! We loved the beautiful uncrowded beaches and the resort pools. The Pelican's Nest was a great dinner spot. Watching dolphins daily! Amazing marsh sunsets!

This is our third stay at this particular property. We return because we like the location, floor plan, and the mesmerizing view from the screened in porch. The staff at Sweet Grass Properties really made an exceptional effort this trip to help when one of our party had an accident which required scheduling changes and miscellaneous housekeeping needs. Of all of the properties I've stayed in over the years, this was one of my favorites. The villa is spotless, beautifully decorated, and has a screened in porch to die for. We spent all of our mornings and most of our evenings out there listening to the marsh sounds and watching the sun set. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and there were two pools within walking distance. The smaller neighborhood pool was our favorite as we had it mostly to ourselves. The Lake House pool was bigger but busier as well.

It was absolutely fantastic to return to Seabrook Island after so many years and this place was the perfect fit for our family. The Villa is as pictured, clean, modern and comfortable. The view of the marsh is spectacular. If you come for a week, you want to stay for a lifetime. Hope to be back again soon.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful and newly remodeled condo. The place was amazing. There were 4 of us gals who enjoyed having appetizers and meals at the condo while watching the sun come up and the sunsets on the marsh. The Beach Club was superior as was the restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised that all our expectations were met. We hope to return soon.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 4 adults. The interior is tastefully and recently renovated and the rental lacks for nothing. The pictures do not do the marsh view justice. The entire back of the condo is a wall of windows looking out on an expanse of marsh land. One could spend the entire day watching the birds soar by and listening to the quiet marsh sounds. We would love to return!

The villa was just as described and pictured! It was very clean and had everything you could need. We rented a golf cart and that was a definite necessity as the beach was a good 10 minute drive. Seabrook is a beautiful and very safe place! Would definitely visit again.
