Entering the cottage, you'll be impressed by the expansive open floor-plan and gorgeous wood-plank vaulted ceiling.  The remodeled kitchen features custom cabinets and countertops, tile backsplash, and modern stainless steel appliances.  A triple glass door in the dining room opens to the back deck - the ideal place for grilling, dining al fresco, or relaxing with the sounds of the ocean nearby.

For sleeping, the home offers three bedrooms, all on the same main level, each with their own full bathroom.  There is a washer/dryer and high-speed internet/WiFi.  And this home allows one small dog for a fee.

My family loves the Ocean Woods community. We’ve been renting cottages there more than 25 years, and this is our all-time favorite. Clearly it’s been renovated and redecorated recently, and it is just lovely. Comfortable and well appointed. We will look be back — not just to Kiawah and Ocean Woods, but to this home specifically.

We had a great stay on Fiddlers Reach and Sweetgrass Properties were wonderful to work with. We had a few small issues at the house and they were prompt and helpful, taking care of things quickly. They always go the extra mile and also answer any questions we have about the island and surrounding area. Coming back next year!

We really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the well appointed kitchen, since we cooked all our meals, and the general cleanliness. The location was perfect for us. Thank you for the flashlight. Not a complaint, just a note: the toilet handle in the master bathroom is loose enough now to fall off.

We have stayed on Kiawah Island for the last 25 years and this cottage is one of our favorites. Such a short walk to the beach, we spent every morning on a bike ride as well as the evening for sunset. We spent a lot of time fishing and crabbing, enjoying the peacefulness of the island. The cottage was beautiful, inside and out. 5 of us stayed comfortably even with our 2 small dogs. They loved it too. Kitchen was very well equipped. We will be back for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay with you.

We’ve been searching for the perfect place to stay for the past five years since my in-laws sold their cottage on Kiawah & this is it! Thank you so much Sweetgrass Properties for your attention to excellence! Not only was the home beautiful but very well maintained & fully stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect - just steps away to the beach & being dog friendly, it was great to find a home that cares about our four legged family member too! Kiawah has been our home away from home for over 29 years - thank you to the home owners & Sweetgrass for making our stay a memorable one! We will definitely be renting again!

Our stay at 480 was wonderful. The three bedrooms are well appointed with plenty of pillows and extra blankets, should they be needed. Our son loved the loft in the 3rd bedroom where he could climb up and hang out in. The location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach and right behind the bike path. Wonderful stay and can't wait to come back!

This Oceanwoods cottage is very nicely done. It’s home like with all you need and has a perfect location near the beach. Sweetgrass was so kind to us. They are the best to stay with on Kiawah! We had a perfect Kiawah beach vacation. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you all so much at Sweetgrass! You all are the best!
