You will love how this home can accommodate a very large family or even 2 families wanting to vacation together. The dining area seats 14 including the bar at the kitchen counter and the living area provides ample seating with its large open floor plan. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare large meals including Thanksgiving dinner!

The floor plan has a terrific layout giving everyone plenty of space to relax and unwind. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet moment or pick a rocker on the front porch and take in the early morning sun. The private deck upstairs also provides a great place to get away or to sunbathe. The upstairs master is large enough for a small family with the queen bed and a pack n play! In addition to the 3 queen bedrooms your kids will love the BUNK room! With the trundle included this room easily sleeps 5!

The garage area provides covered parking for 4 vehicles and don t forget your BOAT! Your kids will also love the basketball goal in the driveway so make sure to bring your basketball too.

My family and I recently at 1 Frank Sottile Lane for a one week vacation at Isle of Palms. The home was large enough for our extended family and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! The location was great as it was only a short walk to the beach and IOP Marina. We also booked the golf cart which was handy for running errands and popping over to the recreation centre. Everything from the moment we booked until the end of our stay was great. Communication, instructions, follow-up and links to local activities, beach rentals, etc. was so helpful. Highly recommend.

Very nice property, centrally located in perfect spot,only fault is not enough TVs and not being able to lower volume on TV in main area. Would be a priority to rent for future travel if headed back to Isle of Palms. Your decor of the rental was immaculate! Thank you for sharing.

This home accommodated us with room for all. Sleeping was comfy and noise from the grandchild did not carry upstairs to wake anyone. The kitchen is handy with a large fridge and ample plates and glassware. Bright and airy common space with seating and tables seated us well. Perfect location to pop to the beach multiple times a day or make it a whole day affair with all facilities in easy reach. Especially with a fun little golf cart! We enjoyed our time greatly!

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach, grocery store close by and quick access to all surrounding main attractions such as Sullivans Island and Charleston. The home fit our family of 10 adults and 2 children perfectly. Such a beautiful coastal home with great porches to sit and have coffee on. Lots of stairs so make sure to consider this when renting.

This property is a beautiful family vacation spot! The warm and inviting home is very spacious and accommodated for our entire family ! Felt like Kona seat from home . Coffee on the side porch… Morning walk to the beach… Engaging with the neighbors and learning about the neighborhood was one of my favorite things each day. we met a dog named Matilda, who loved when we walked by each day and her owner is so kind and brought books for my grandson and told us the history of the home and what a lovely family that owns it and was hoping we were enjoying the community. We went to downtown Charleston twice and really enjoyed all the places we ate at. The food the locals in Charleston general did not disappoint.! We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Such a great house, awesome touches by the owners.House is older but such charm. We had 8 adults and 5 children fit perfectly and fully equipped. The sweetgrass staff awesome brought us more towels right away and fixed a minor hot water problem for us. IOP beach is just 2 blocks and absolutely beautiful. Also recommend Boone Hill Plantation for history and carriage ride in Charleston is a must. Can't to come back!

We were in Charleston for our grandaughters gymnastics competition and we chose this house because of the room. It worked out great. The house was more than large enough for our combined family of 8 people. Location was good. Neighborhood was peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would visit this site again if the opportunity arises. Our extended family (12 of us total) gathered here from different parts of the country for our son's wedding. The house was a perfect gathering place for us, and was very welcoming.

Very nice accommodations for extended family including 5 adults and 2 young children. Overall very good rating. Wish extra keys were available since lockbox wasn’t easy to use. Garbage disposal was broken. Showerhead in 1st floor bathroom was clogged - needs cleaning or replacement.

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this property. I’ve stayed at many properties over the years and the atmosphere of this home was the best. You could tell the family that owns this home truly loves it and have made many wonderful memories there. I know people have commented on the family photos being inappropriate but I loved them! It shows these people know how to live and appreciate the best and most important things in life. The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful, not crowded and good for families, as the waves were not to big. This was my first stay in South Carolina but I hope to return, and stay at this home if I have the opportunity. Thank you for sharing your home with us❤️

Great property with lots of space. Beautiful house with wrap around porch. Encourage to read all the FAQs which indicated that a starter pack will be included. For even a short stay it would be a lot nicer if more than one dishwasher detergent were included. Could have also used a few extra sets of towels.

House roomy for our family. Kitchen was well equipped but pots and pans worn. Washer and dryer convenient but dryer took a long time to dry clothing. Overall cleanliness was ok but floors weren’t wet mopped before our arrival. We loved the porches and large livingroom.

10/10. Have stayed in this home more than once. We have a grown blended family. Home is roomy and well equipped. Short walk to beach. Porches are amazing. Host is very responsive. AC stopped working. Followed instructions left for us in case there were any issues- call was answered with no messages or phone tag. Someone came out within the hour and issue was immediately resolved. Me and my family are very sad there was no availability in our vacation window. Would definitely be back .

This was a perfect house for our extended family vacation! House was the perfect size, with the perfect number of bathrooms, and space to spread out if needed. We would’ve given it an excellent review, except the appliances were on their last leg. Upstairs fridge did not keep things very cold. The freezer struggle to freeze ice cubes. The dishwasher did not take the packet each run and totally dissolve it. So dishes came out somewhat dirty. The oven did not keep its heat consistently. Other than that, it was excellent!

Everything was good But I do not think they should be leaving Photos of themselves and family in the house this a rental house and I had to fix the tv because it was not working it was unplugged and the refrigerator was not working, no water or ice witch they fix.

Our family enjoyed staying in this comfortable, immaculate home on a quiet street near the beach and marina. There is plenty of room for adults and children to gather together or read or play alone. Loved staying here and were sad to leave.

This home was just what we wanted. It was very well laid out to accommodate extended family, including the room with the double bunks and the master bedroom with the crib and pullout couch. There were scooters and a basketball hoop, and even a large wagon that was used to haul loads to and from the beach. Large kitchen, plenty of indoor seating for eating and relaxing. We used the two large porches all the time- one had several rockers, the other one was screened in and had a table we used for playing cards. The house was very homey in the way it was furnished and decorated. We would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it to others.

This was by far the easiest vacation i’ve ever been on. Everything was exactly as advertised and when I needed to speak to the staff at sweet grass they answered my questions quickly and happily. Great customer service! Beautful house, so close to the beach and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Isle of Palms! Plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Absolutely perfect location!! Quiet location yet a 5-10 minute straight shot walk to the beach. The screened porch was just the best for sitting and talking at night with the sounds of the ocean not too loud. Great configuration for large families or families sharing a house. Well supplied kitchen with many household extras. Very clean.
