Beautiful house, some maintenance issues

House is absolutely stunning, especially the main floor and kitchen. Felt newly renovated and well maintained. Top notch appliances and huge meeting space for large group with fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful setting and very private and close to beach. Few issues with air conditioner on main level which, while the management company responded, did take over 24hrs to fix. Additionally there was a leak from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen that they were not able to have properly diagnosed by a plumber. Overall still a spectacular property.
