18 Flyway drive was perfect for our Kiawah vacation. The location was great with easy access to Night Heron Park and the beaches. All of the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all of the needed amenities and appliances worked great.

The house was great for our group - 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The kids could each have their own room Everyone had a deck off their room and the view of the stream is good, and we all liked seeing the alligators swimming. One issue that was confusing to us however. The description of the property said could use boardwalk 37 to access the beach. There is no boardwalk marked as 37, although there was an entrance across the street to what might have been a boardwalk, but it had a locked gate. We used boardwalk 38 which resulted in about a 15 minute walk to reach the beach.

House is absolutely stunning, especially the main floor and kitchen. Felt newly renovated and well maintained. Top notch appliances and huge meeting space for large group with fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful setting and very private and close to beach. Few issues with air conditioner on main level which, while the management company responded, did take over 24hrs to fix. Additionally there was a leak from an upstairs bathroom into the kitchen that they were not able to have properly diagnosed by a plumber. Overall still a spectacular property.
