This three bedroom and three bathroom is beautifully renovated and is located a wonderful location on Kiawah Island, just a quick five minute walk to the beach. Comprised of two levels, upon entering you'll find the open kitchen, dining, and living room on the first floor along with a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Take the stairs to the second floor where both the king master suite and third bedroom with two twins reside. All rooms in the home have their own respective bathrooms! The back porch allows you to take in all of the gorgeous scenery around you. Enjoy your morning coffee accompanied by the southern sounds of birds, frogs, and a breeze through the surrounding trees. Your ideal Resort vacation awaits! 

**During the off season months, many regimes and complexes complete renovation projects, general maintenance, and building repairs. There is planned exterior construction for the decks throughout Fairway Oaks from October 2025 - March 2026. If there are concerns about how any nearby work might impact your vacation, please inquire with our team as schedules can vary weekly by scale and area.**

    I absolutely loved the location of the house, it was super cute and modern! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds and pillows were really comfy. I really appreciated the pack and play and extra beach chairs they had available. The place was tidy overall, but I have a few small suggestions that could make it even better. The carpets upstairs could use a good deep clean, and a fresh coat of paint on the stairwell and baseboards would go a long way. Updating the shower heads and swapping out the couch would be nice, too. That said, I’d definitely stay here again!

    We had a lovely stay! Very clean and comfortable. Just make sure the parental controls on the TV are off from the previous guest.We couldn't access TV due to parental controls that we didn't set. But we had a lovely time and just love Kiawah.

    Very comfortable, clean, and spacious townhouse. Quick, easy walk to the beach, and nice walking paths along the golf course and thru the neighborhood. Very reasonable off-season rate.

    Had a great time. Loved the location, not too far a bike ride from Freshfields. Pros: 5 minute walk to the beach Well equipped kitchen Beach equipment Separate bathroom for each bedroom End unit (only share one wall) Nit picky cons: Unit right next to Sanctuary van parking lot; loud beeping at around 11 each night while vans backed into parking spaces One zone air conditioning = upstairs always hot Tiny shower area for master; hard to get in and out of TV apps had some kind of parental PIN on it so couldn’t access Master bed only has one night stand Not huge minuses, just stuff to keep in mind. Again, great time had by all.

    Having vacations at Kiawah Island have always been enjoyable but this time was a special treat The unit was clean and beautifully decorated - every room was fresh and looked like it came out of a magazine. Everything was provided and the views were amazing. A deer and a fawn passed by earlier and what a delight. This is by far the best villa we have stayed at in Kiawah and can’t wait to come back.

    We had a great stay. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of seating in living room. King bed was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach. ️ We would stay here again! I can only think of one thing we needed-a step by step guide to the TV and remotes (for my technology challenged husband ). Truthfully, I did not check the notebook to see if there was information about it in there though.

    This is an amazing 3 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms. The open concept allows everyone to interact while relaxing in the sun-filled family room and newly remodeled kitchen. The location is about a three minute walk to the beach or to Cougar golf course and restaurant. We will definitely come here again.

    we adored this house! it was the perfect size for our family with room to spare. we LOVED the sectional and would often watch Wimbledon together so everyone had a place to sit comfortably, which hasn't always been the case in a smaller home. we loved the kitchen and fixed the majority of our meals here. each bedroom was nicely set up and each had an ensuite. we love this location and really enjoyed the small deck each morning for coffee and wildlife. this homes proximity to the beach could not be better, we love how close it is and walked the short walk each day. we would go to the beach during the day, a long bike ride all over the island (50 miles total!), home to make dinner and then a nightly beach walk. the location is like the hidden gem of kiawah, the beach access is not at all crowded! we LOVE it!! and the neighborhood is quiet and sweet too! the house has some fun touches like games, books and beach chairs/umbrella. sweetgrass was always available when we asked for a hose to be brought to the house so we didnt track sand inside. my only issues, with renting from sweetgrass, are that there aren't any (what I would consider) standard items like Tupperware, salt, pepper, Saran Wrap, general spices, oil, cooking spray, etc. it just seems those items should be available in any home so youre not having to pack up your entire pantry to bring on vacation. we bought several of the items and left them, hopefully for the next guests use. thank you sweetgrass again for a wonderful vacation! we keep coming back every year!!
