Best place we've ever stayed at in Kiawah! Everything was top notch. We happened to be there during a 4 day monsoon and this condo was so nice and luxe we didn't even care! Owners did a 5 star job renovating it, so incredibly well stocked. Everything was beautiful and comfortable and the porch was lovely. We loved how close it was to Freshfields, while still being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing we are bummed by is the price increase. While I believe we got it for an amazing price, and I would be willing to pay more for it a second time, it's just now too high to consider for a rebooking. We actually just booked another Kiawah condo for February, and I would have loved to have reserved this one again. If you are considering, and the price isn't a deterrent, you won't be disappointed!

This cottage is so wonderful I want to keep it a secret. It's the absolutely perfect size for a family of 4-6 people and has every inch of space we need without extra that we don't need to pay for! The owners have truly thought of everything - the only thing we wished we'd had were beach chairs, which the property does not have. They do have beach towels, boogie boards, and a rolling beach cart. You'll want to rent or bring chairs and an umbrella or shade. Sitting out on the screened porch listening to the birds and watching the gators swim by was a delight. The interior is absolutely stunning and makes me feel right at home, as our home looks a lot like the cottage inside, complete with many of the same furnishings. Of all the places we have stayed on Kiawah, this is possibly our favorite, and we love that it's such a good value compared to the larger places with space we don't need. Thank you for a great stay!

We loved this cottage so so much. Not going to lie—it doesn’t look like much from the outside street view. But when you open the door, it’s like you’ve found a treasure. We loved the amenities, the comfy beds, nice linens, updated bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, and the delightful screen porch. Sitting out there was like watching a nature show. We saw heron, a gator, anhinga, and jumping fish. My daughter loved having her own little “apartment” upstairs in the loft space. We were concerned when we arrived and it was over 90 degrees up there, but the AC system worked great during our stay. No problems. The washer and dryer were great as well as the outdoor shower for removing sand. My only feedback would be for better directions to the beach and pool. We had a hard time finding the pool! Maybe a little map? Maybe a QR code with a video that shows the route? We rented bikes and enjoyed riding around the island. Had a delicious meal at cougar point golf club, which was just down the street. The highlight of our week was walking on the beach at night and trying to catch ghost crabs with nets. The kids laughed so hard and the stars were so plentiful and beautiful. It was a magical time. We will most definitely rent this house again. Loved it.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cottage- very clean, fully stocked with everything you need. The decor was very elegant, up to date and very welcoming. The rooms were spacious, the furniture- very comfortable. The screened porch was my go-to for relaxation and coffee every morning- little bag of Charleston coffee was a very nice touch! Top notch coffee maker and Keurig too as well as impeccable appliances. The daily swim by of alligators was pretty cool too! The showers were very clean and modern- the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soaps in all bathrooms was unexpected and a very nice touch, no need to bring dish soap, laundry items (although we did) which is a first. We felt very welcomed and valued by the rental company and the homeowners really seem to care about the comfort of each guest- thank you! We will definitely book this unit again.

This is one of the most well-stocked rentals we’ve ever had and definitely one of the most well decorated. They thought of everything and the kitchen is a dream. Such a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Well positioned location near beach area, and easy to access to entire island and amenities! This place has been wonderfully decorated and is very clean upgraded. The area is quite and pleasant, yet so friendly! We had a very pleasant experience here and would love to come back again in the future!

My second visit to this cozy 3br villa just walking distance to the beach and club house. This time I invited 4 other adult friends with me. This place has everything you need. We had plenty of room, fresh linens, fully upgraded furnishings and everything we needed to cook family dinners for 5 each night. And if you love golf then you’re literally within steps of the Cougar Golf Club which is a Gary Player course. 10/10 recommend!

This house was in the perfect location to the ocean and a golf course both about a 10 minute walk or less. The house was completely updated and extremely clean with the kitchen completely full of everything needed to cook. We rented bikes since there were tons of great scenic trails around the house. It was exactly what we were looking for and will definitely come back!

What an incredible home! The accommodations were beautiful. We were a five minute bike ride from the beach, 10 minutes from a gorgeous little shopping area, and the house itself was perfect. Clean is an understatement! The screened in porch was so nice to sit on throughout the day. We had an easy check in/ check out and will absolutely be back to stay again. Big thanks to our amazing hosts!

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! It’s very clean and cozy, with all the amenities you would need. It’s a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and renting the bikes is super easy. Charleston is about a 30 minute drive if you are looking to make a trip there. We will definitely be back!

The unit was tastefully decorated and spacious. Much of the walking trails were shaded, being adjacent to a lagoon, we saw flying fish, egrets, an even an alligator. The nearby swimming pool (probably a quarter mile walk) was well shaded by the trees.

We were very impressed with the community and location. Within walking distance of a private beach as well as the clubhouse. The house is very clean with modern finishes throughout. The house comes with everything you need to cook and enjoy as your own personal vacation home. And the communication was excellent. Any questions we had were answered in a quick timely manner. We had a lovely stay at this beautifully renovated cottage in Greenslake. My husband and I brought my mother in law down for her first time on Kiawah and had a wonderful vacation. The interior is spacious and with two large bedrooms and an open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, grill or host. The upstairs has two adorable beds and a half bathroom. The deck was perfect for morning coffee or a cocktail overlooking the pond. I’ve been coming to Kiawah for 34 years and would absolutely come back and stay here again. Also conveniently located near the pool, beach and Cougar Point or a bike ride away from Night Heron Park or Freshfields for coffee or a bite to eat.

We just spend a week at this property for my families spring break. It was the perfect size house for my family of 4. My daughter LOVED the attic bedroom. It’s a great space for kids. The beds were comfortable, the house is nicely decorated, and it was very clean. The house was extremely well stocked and we were lacking nothing. We especially appreciated the provision of beach chairs. That was a very nice surprise. It was just a few minute bike ride from the beach which my family loved. It was close enough for me to be comfortable with my little girl riding there on her own. We will definitely stay at this property again.

A really nice place to stay. Clean and well stocked. Hate the pillows on King bed. Just saying. But really nice decorations and lovely porch to watch our little friend , Mr. Alligator. For me, biking is KING at Kiawah. Ocean Course restaurant such a treat at lunch.
