Located in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort and just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, this special oceanfront home is the perfect spot for an Isle of Palms vacation! 132 Grand Pavilion is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house situated directly on the popular Grand Pavilion boardwalk with direct pool and pavilion access.  Imagine being able to look out your front windows and watching the kids play in the two oceanfront pools or walking down your steps to enjoy an evening cocktail by the ocean.  It doesn't get better than this!

This home is a classic beach style that welcomes you with it’s simple coastal design, neutral colors, and family-friendly living space. The living room has immaculate oceanfront views and expansive windows to let in the direct sunlight. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather around to converse or watch TV. Step out onto the back porch and relax on the outdoor furniture while taking in the breathtaking beach views. You can walk right off your back steps and be at the Grand Pavilion pools or ocean!

The dining and kitchen areas are right off the living room. There is seating available for 8 at the dining table, and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal!

The first bedroom (Bedroom #1), located on the main first level of the home, contains two queen size beds and full bathroom.  (This bathroom does connect to the kitchen area for added guest convenience.)

There are two bedrooms on the second level of the home. One bedroom (Bedroom #2) features two queen size beds and a private bathroom while the other bedroom (Bedroom #3) has two double beds and a private bath.

The large master bedroom is on the top third floor of the home. This beautiful bedroom (Bedroom #4) contains a king size bed and private bathroom with dual vanities and separate soaking tub and standing shower.  This room also has a private balcony with impressive beach views.

Everything was very nice at GP132! The unit was deep cleaned before we arrived and everyting was in place. The kitchen is equipped with many utensils, plates and silverware.The location is perfect! You wake up to views of the Atlantic Ocean and there are nearby shops within walking distance. We had a total of 8 guests and each couple had their own room and bathroom. The family/dinning area was very comfortable with room for all of us. We stayed for 3 weeks and did not have any issues. Note, we were there in the winter, so the area was very quiet. In the summer, since you are in front of a pool, there will be activity. Another point to keep in mind, you do not have access to all accomodations in the resort (fitness center, other pools). Highly recommended.

This home is in a great location and only steps from the pool & has beautiful views of the ocean. Please know there are lots of steps to climb to even get to the first floor. The master bedroom is really a climb as it’s on the 3rd floor. Beds were overall comfortable but the living area and dining area are much smaller than pictured. This unit could have been cleaner as well. We even discovered a dirty pan in the oven. Carpet would also benefit from a good cleaning or replacement especially on the steps. Rental company was very responsive

Location location location. Right on the beach and just two steps to the pool deck. Lots of room for sleeping, not huge living room but we spent almost the entire time on the pool deck and he beach so it was fine. Right across the street from tennis courts . Right around the corner from restaurants and shopping and walkable. Great tiki bar and snack shack with a great menu. We had a plumbing issue and the plumber came within the hour to fix it. Which was amazing.

This is the perfect location and house for a rental at the beach. Even with two big wedding parties around us, it never seemed loud or too crowded. The ability to walk out your back door to the pool and beach is priceless especially when you have little ones. The house itself has great space, comfortable beds and amenities, and spectacular views and convenience. We are already looking to come back again!

We had a wonderful week at Isle of Palms, thanks in a large part to our great living arrangement at GP132. The unit was in a wonderful location, and we all really enjoyed walking out of our front door straight to the pool deck and beach. The layout of the house, with lots of beds and space to spend time together made this stay very enjoyable. Our only hitch was that the cleaning crew was still working on our unit when we arrived for check-in due to a huge mess left by the previous renters (Not Sweetgrass or the owner's fault), but Sweetgrass was incredibly responsive and provided us with a later check-out time at the end of our stay to make up for the inconvenience at check-in. 100% would recommend and would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed bringing our family of 7 adults here for the week of Thanksgiving. The location is great. It's near the boardwalk. There is a door that leads straight to the pool and then out to the beach. You can see gorgeous sunrises and sunsets each day. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and appliances you need. One of the best stocked kitchens of the many houses I've rented. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom and TV which our adult children loved. There are two beds in each bedroom except the master. Just be aware that the living and dining areas are small. It worked fine for the 7 of us but a large group might struggle. That said, there is plenty of outside seating by the pool/cabana area. Also note that the house doesn't come with the sports pass so you can't use the gym at hotel. All in all, we had a fabulous time and enjoyed our stay.

Truly a week of fun and relaxation. Beautiful location right by the pool with only steps from the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. Isle of Palms has become one of our favorite vacation spots. Highly recommend!

Our family very much enjoyed our time in Isle of Palm. The house location was absolutely perfect- easy for us to hang at the pool while the kids were inside napping. Overall the house was nice; plenty of sleeping space and beds for all of our families/kids, the ease of access to walk to the beach and restaurants/shoppes was nice. We did expect things to be a little nicer for the money spent. Washer/dryer and appliances were definitely dated, only one of the four bathrooms were remodeled and definitely need it, and the plumbing issues between the toilets and sink drainage were frustrating. Thankfully Sweetgrass was out to the house very quickly to assist.

We were very happy with our accomodations. Plenty of room for two families. We suffered from plumbing issues throughout the week that was addressed by facility management. We were a bit disappointed to find out that one of the two pools outside our condo was out of commission and that the other pool was not heated and there was no bar service as this was one of the sales pitches to us. I guess we were still in the offseason despite it being Spring Break. The new pool area up the street was very nice but we had difficulty accessing it on the busier days as we were told by staff watching the gates that Grand Pavilion reservations did not allow Sweetwater pool access. Again, this was not explicitly laid out when making reservations. Still a very nice vacation in a great area of SC. The Charleston area has so many great things to see and do and the Wild Dunes resort is a great location.

The unit was just as pictured. Great views and such easy access to the pool. We would go out first thing in the morning and could come in and out as if we were in our own backyard! We didn't have to ask management for anything, so can't give a review on that, but everything we needed was there. This would be a great place for a group of 7-12 people! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was set up perfect for the three families that were using the house. We had two 3 year olds and a 1 year old so having the pool out our back door step and the beach worked out great for all three families. There was nothing in the house that we could find was wrong (not that we were looking). The house had plenty of dishes/utensils/cookware and all the appliances worked great. The bedroom set ups worked great for everyone and there were no complaints. We will definitely be renting this house again going forward. The process with Sweetgrass was easy. I didn’t have to call them for anything and they were able to accommodate us wanting an extra night (Thanks Rachel). I will be renting from them again. Thank you.

Location was perfect, accommodations were great for 8 people and overall furnishings well-maintained. Minor repairs needed to porch door deadbolt and toaster needs to be replaced but, other than that it was great! Appreciated the beach chairs in the garage shed!!!

This house is such a great location for families. Right on the beach and the pool is right outside the back door. My complaints are that the house could have been a little cleaner, the toaster only worked half the time, some of the lamps needed light bulbs changed and several of the beds did not have comforters or blankets. Luckily we packed a few of our own. We did have a problem with one of the toilets but maintenance came very quickly to make the repair. All in all a good experience though.

Beautiful setting. We did have an issue in the pool the first night there with teenagers in the pool at 2 am making lots of noise. The home we stayed in was very nice and fit our family well. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely consider a return trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 132 Grand Pavilion!! The house was super clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable which is always important! The grands loved being so close to the pool. We look forward to returning one day!

This home is set up perfectly with a full bath attached to each bedroom, and two queen beds in three of the bedrooms. There are a lot of stairs. The home has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean and the beach is just steps from the front door. We visited during off season so there wasn’t anyone swimming in the resort pool directly in front of the home, which was nice. I can’t imagine what it would be like to have a pool full of people just outside your windows. It was the perfect place for six longtime friends to meet up and spend a weekend together!
