Lastly, you'll find yourself on the third level where the King Master Suite resides; an expansive and beautiful room with a private oceanfront balcony. It also boasts a gorgeous, updated master bathroom, sitting area, and wet bar for convenience! Truly fit for a King (and Queen!). 

This home has something for everyone. A wonderful floor plan, a plethora of outdoor seating, the convenience of being oceanfront, and the luxury of being fully renovated! 57 Grand Pavilion was the definition of excellent- location, amenities, convenience, and design. You cannot beat how close it is located to the beach. Everything about the house design was excellent as well. The screened in porch on the first floor offers the next best experience to being on the shore in the wave. Truly a rental we will pursue for future trip!

The house was beautiful , comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful stay. The only reason I gave a “ good” rating instead of excellent was because of the upstairs bedroom. We were hoping to sleep in an R&R on this vacation, but the upstairs bedroom has a set of double doors with no blinds or curtains on them so you were awake with the sun at 7 AM. Also, the wall mounted AC unit has a very bright light that lights up the entire room. I hate to even complain because the view out of the double doors is amazing and the upstairs bedroom is beautiful. That was our only complaint. I would 100% go back. But this time I would bring something to cover the doors upstairs and maybe some painters tape to cover the light on the AC unit.

This house was an amazing family vacation spot for my mom’s 90th birthday! The home is beautifully, yet comfortably decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The elevator was helpful. And the beach views from many areas in the house were fantastic! We hope to rent this home again in the future!

House is in perfect location to enjoy the beach, pools, restaurants and walking/biking IOP. Views are incredible. Perfect for our family vacay. Elevator most helpful. It is more dated than the pictures show but beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the open roomy living area and large outdoor porches too.

This home is in an excellent location. Right on the beach and steps to the water made for easy in and easy out! Close to pools, dining, shopping, boating, and other activities. Overall nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Bedrooms accommodated everyone nicely and beds comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and tools for cooking. I will say that for the amount we paid there are minimal essentials. Supplying a larger quantity of toilet paper and paper towels (only 1 of each are provided), dish towels (comes with 1), plastic wrap and foil etc would have been very helpful!! As well as basic spices etc. Additionally providing beach chairs and umbrellas would have been very helpful. We rented them but again for what we paid this should be included. Unfortunately the cable, Wi-Fi and internet were down the entire week.

Highly recommend this beautiful home. The ocean views on each level were spectacular! The kitchen is spacious and stocked with everything you may need to create wonderful meals. The ice maker was perfect when making up some frozen tropical drinks. The home was clean and very inviting. We look forward to making 57 Grand Pavilion an annual family getaway.

Location fantastic! Twin bed in one bedroom is slanted and must be broken somewhere. Blinds difficult to adjust but once we figured it out, all went well. Overall, I would stay here again.
