We are return renters because we enjoy the location and can bring our boat. The added bedroom was helpful for our growing family. We cook alot and are appreciative of the outdoor grilling area. The dock is great to enjoy the breeze under the covered portion or in the sun. Sweetgrass Properties was very attentive and prompt to respond to any needs we had.

This home is perfect for large groups and the dock is fabulous for hours of entertainment watching all the boats go by. Drew was very attentive to our requests. This was our second summer renting this home. We look forward to returning next summer as well.

The house was set up beautifully for a miniature family reunion. Everyone loved the location and the easy access to the incredible beach. The pier/dock was a favorite hangout place while we watched boats and saw the occasional dolphin. The game room and bar and living room and kitchen made for an excellent gathering spot in the heat of the day with many activities simultaneously. The first-floor pool was very cold and a couple of things didn't work in the master bathroom, but overall it was an amazing house and the location was perfect.

This was our first time renting in Isle of Palms and we were impressed. This is our annual family vacation- 9 adults; 4 children (14,13,4,2) and one small dog. We loved being on the Intracostal where we were able to fish, kayak and watch dolphins. House was well stocked. Few suggestions: Headboard in the bedroom opposite bunk beds near to be tightened or attached to frame. Master suite jacuzzi not working ( we didn’t use it so we didn’t call about it). Refrigerator was flashing “service” so that may need to be checked. Children loved the pool even though it was a little chilly . If I rent with another indoor pool, I may think about paying extra for heat. Elevator was a little finicky but Ryan checked it out and as long as everyone made sure the doors were closed, we didn’t have any additional issues. May want to check that all bedrooms have waste baskets. I always bring extra kitchen towels since 2 are not enough for a large gathering. Weather was perfect and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The layout, cleanliness, and appointments were perfect. Very well equipped with virtually anything one might need (including we found birthday candles). Elevator a necessity but sometimes finnicky but mostly because a door on another floor was not firmly latched. Service was most responsive. We'd visit again without any hesitation.

This home is beautiful and in a great location if you enjoy a peaceful spot away from the beach traffic and noise. A short walk to the marina or the beach. We enjoyed riding bikes to the beach that we rented on the island. Free delivery and pick up to your rental home! There are nice bike paths and it is easy access from the house to other areas via bike. The view of the intracoastal from the 4th floor bedroom is gorgeous and was a dream to wake up to every day during our stay. Thanks again for sharing such a beautiful home!

Had an amazing time! The pictures available really do not do it justice. All of us were struck by the size and versatility of the place. I was there with 9 other people and no one had a bad thing to say about the accommodations. The indoor elevator was an amenity that I can't speak more highly of. I'll be trying to get this same place next year!

The Sweetgrass team was very helpful with this rental. Rachel and Carissa allowed us several visits so that we could plan our stay and, since the house was ready for occupancy, we were permitted early check-in. Crystal gave me a guided tour of the property, which was much appreciated. 44 Intracoastal Ct is an amazing property. Its beautiful, natural setting alone sets it apart from other exclusive properties. The long dock has three stations, including a well-equipped kitchen - a great place for lunch or dinner and watching life on the waterway. The house has far too many outstanding features to detail here. To mention one: give a dinner party and you will find people gathering around the authentic, mahogany bar, which is situated next to an equally authentic poker/game room and adjacent to a a lovely living area leading out to a full length deck. There was ample room for the fifteen guests we hosted, and they’re still talking about it.
