Welcome to your next island getaway at 19 Lake Village Lane, a lovely 3-bedroom vacation rental nestled in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort on the Isle of Palms. This home offers scenic pond views and is ideally situated for an effortless walk or bike ride to the resort center or beach.

Step inside to discover a cozy, coastal vibe and lots of comfortable living space.  The main living room boasts high ceilings and a large sectional sofa and a TV, perfect for gathering and relaxing. There are three comfortable bedrooms, a primary suite with King bed and two guestrooms- one with queen bed and another with a full-over-full bunk bed. The primary suite has a private bath while the guest suites do share a bathroom.

The updated kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, ideal for whipping up delicious meals during your stay. The open porch invites you to savor the stunning pond views and watch local wildlife in a tranquil setting.

For added convenience, a golf cart is available to rent, making it easy to visit the nearby beach, the local IOP marina, or simply enjoy leisurely island rides. For those looking for a little more adventure, historic downtown Charleston is just a 20-minute drive away, offering world-class dining and shopping experiences.

This home has a washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi.  Please do note that this house only has smart TVs with streaming available. There is no cable.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

Awesome stay! Short golf cart ride to beach and restaurants. Lots of wildlife in the backyard lagoon. Great dining/living room area for everyone to gather. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our family of four with two little ones. So nicely updated and we loved the large open layout for the kids to fun around or watch a movie as a family. It was nice that there wasn't any additional furniture or decor for the littles to get into. Bonus that the couch was low enough that even he could climb into it. It was also a nice touch that the house was loaded with all the supplies we might need (cleaning and beach) and huge TVs for family movie nights. Having a golf cart made it super easy to load up and get to the beach! Great view of the water feature and IOP nature - we even saw a gator! We loved it. Definitely recommend!

Home was beautiful, well maintained and we are buying the couch when it’s back in stock. Bed and pillows were sleep inducing and allowed all of us to feel well rested and ready for the new day. I would love to know the brand name of the mattress. When I return to Isle of Palm I will be renting this home if available. It will be hard to top. Thank you

The house was very clean upon arrival. There was more than enough room for 4 people. Amazing view of the waterway and viewing nature from the balcony. We used the kitchen a lot and there was enough, plus some, cooking items and plates. The pressure of the shower was like a massage. Soaker tub was huge. Overall we had a great experience and we would definitely rent from here again.
