Upon entering the condo, you are greeted with an easy beach vibe and open concept living space.  There is plenty of space to relax in the living room after a long beach day or enjoy a entertaining and a nice meal in the open dining and kitchen area.

Step onto the balcony where you can admire the community lawns, expansive neighborhood pool, and, most importantly, the ocean views. The first bedroom (Bedroom #1) is located on the main (or lower) level and contains a queen sized bed, TV, and semi-private bathroom that also opens to the hall.

The second floor features the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom (Bedroom #2) features full-over-full bunk beds, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom (Bedroom #3) is considered to be the master suite.  It has a King bed, TV, and private bathroom.

There is access to the Mariners Walk community pool just out the back door!  (Seasonal) There are also community charcoal grills to take advantage of grilling ocean-side.

My husband and I really enjoyed our week in this beautiful townhome. The home is a very short walk to the beach and you can see and hear the ocean from the home!!! The townhome/condo appears to have been updated recently. The bathrooms were fantastic with their large walk-in showers. We slept like babies in the wonderful king-sized bed. The bed was very comfortable and there are also extra pillows and blankets should you need them. The home felt large and has a nice flow. The kitchen has all that you need to prepare a nice meal and there is a lovely dining area next to the kitchen. The dining area adjoins the spacious living area which has beautiful furniture which appears to be new. The large sofa in the living room is very inviting with many nice pillows. We also enjoyed watching movies on the "large TV" Just outside the living-room is a nice sized balcony with Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed a few afternoons and evenings sitting in the chairs listening to the sound of the ocean or later in the evening we had fun picking out different constellations in the sky. Overall we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and would definitely recommend to friends/family. Thank you to the owners for providing such a lovely comfortable home away from home.Dick & Diana H.

Condo was very nice, kitchen well stocked. The upstairs bunk bed is unstable, the foot supports are torqued and unstable. The downstairs bed frame is weak & creaked with the slightest movement.
