Located in the private, gated beach community of Ocean Point in Wild Dunes, this 4-bedroom home is sure to enhance your beach vacation. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, making it the perfect house for friends and family to share. With an additional sleeping area, a gracious amount of living and dining spaces, and screened porches, there is plenty of space for additional guests and quiet moments. Located steps from Ocean Point's private beach and pool accesses, 22 offers one of the most convenient locations within Ocean Point.

Peeks of the Atlantic from the front porches and top level front of home, and beautiful lagoon views from rooms along the back of the home, as well as the two large screened porches and master bedroom. This lagoon has an active wildlife scene, including a resident alligator! 

Experience an atmosphere of beautifully decorated rooms with a soothing, sophisticated beach palette, including lovely new furnishings.

Sleeping accommodations: Master - King. Second Bedroom - Queen. Third Bedroom - Queen. Fourth Bedroom - 2 Twins. Plus, there is an additional room with 2 twin beds on the main living level, (please see photograph). (Maximum occupancy of 10 guests) Each of the bedrooms has private, integral access to its bathroom.

The property and the staff were great. This was out first time in IOP and I always prefer to work with a local business vs. AirBnB. My family and I were very pleased with every aspect of our trip and how Sweetgrass took care of us. Highly recommend and will use again!

If you are planning to cook, note that the kitchen lacks: complete set of measuring spoons, spatula, and kitchen scissors. The sweetgrass property management team was very helpful. Nice home and great location.

We really enjoyed our visit to 22 Ocean Point. We had 3 families and 10 people and had plenty of space for all of us. It is at the end of the Wild Dunes resort and takes a bit to get back to the home but it is quiet, private and well worth it. We had the beach and pool almost to ourselves and it was just a short walk from the home. There were 5 beach chairs, pool toys and sand toys in the garage of the home which was a pleasant surprise because I couldn't find that information listed anywhere. Our biggest complaint was no beach towels and the lack of supplies in the home so plan to stop at the store to buy extra toilet paper, dish soap/dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc. It seems like an easy fix for the rental company to make the stay more turn key for those traveling especially by plane. Overall, we really enjoyed our time. Thank you!

We just completed a trip with family at 22 Ocean Point. The home is in a great location in the back of Wild Dunes with easy access to a neighborhood pool and the ocean. Each bedroom has its on bath, which is nice for adults. The house was also well equipped, including everything you need in a kitchen. The check-in process was also very easy.

Clean house and very helpful staff. The garage door broke while we were there, so we called Sweetgrass Properties and within 24 hours, they had the garage door fixed. They gave us plenty of towels, bedsheets, and soap/shampoo to use as well. We will definitely book with Sweetgrass again in the future!

The vacation property was beautiful and very spacious for our family. Great walk to the beach and pool. Kitchen appliances need updating but we managed. Had an issue with the air conditioner and sweetgrass responded quickly and solved our issue within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend this property and sweetgrass to anyone planning a trip to the Isle of Palms!

My family of four had a wonderful stay! Everything went very smoothly and was as described. The beds and furnishings were comfortable and we enjoyed eating many meals on the porch next to the living room area. When we noticed that one of the mirrors was not firmly attached to the wall, it was fixed the next morning. The area is also wonderful for spending time at the beach, walking and riding bikes. Many happy memories were created!

We have stayed at 22 Ocean Point multiple times and love the area! The home has a great setup for our family and would work well for 2 families traveling together as well. The view of the golf course is gorgeous, there is even a balcony with a glimpse of the ocean! The pool is SUPER convenient (literally right across the street) and the beach is a short walk away (as short as any home in here that is not "beachfront", which you would dearly pay for!). The OP community is at the very back of Wild Dunes so it is remote, more quiet and peaceful. We encountered a couple of very minor issues during our stay and Drew with Sweetgrass was so kind, extremely responsive and we had the feeling he really cared about helping us with our issue. We have booked again for next season and very much look forward to our next stay!

Our family vacationed at Ocean Point this summer and we had a terrific time. We were so happy to find a such a great place to get away and relax! The home is spacious, comfortable, and one of better homes we've rented at the resort. There are nice views from the porches and it's very easy to get to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house to friends! We hope to return again!

Great location near pool and beach. Open floor plan and lots of bedroom space. Kitchen is due for an update but is clean and functional, as are baths. Beautiful view from the master bedroom deck!

Ocean Point is our favorite area to stay in Wild Dunes. This was the third house we have stayed in there in OP. The location is very convenient to the pool and spa and close to the beach access path. The house is spacious and bright and always felt comfortable. The views of the lagoon are lovely and there is a large screen porch on the entry level that leads out to the lagoon. We cooked dinner and ate there two nights of our stay. Lots of fun with family!

Great week with the family! Our party of seven, including young children, enjoyed a terrific week in this beautiful home. The home is spacious with plenty of bedrooms, baths and quiet spaces. There was very little traffic in this gated community and very few neighbors around at this time of year. The pool was about a one minute walk and the beach a three minute walk. The owner and management company were very easy to work with and were nice enough to mail us all of the personal items we forgot. We will definitely return.

Email communication was excellent prior to our stay, and the few questions we had prior to check in were answered promptly and in a very cordial manner. My husband and I took advantage of the early check-in option and this allowed us to shop for groceries and settle in before our family arrived. We had stayed at this property 10 years ago with friends, and that was one reason we choose it for our 50th wedding anniversary celebration with our family. We were pleased to find that the property has been maintained very well. The few small kitchen items we requested from Sweetgrass were delivered promptly. It is a great property for a family gathering with close pool and beach access. We enjoyed the seating at the pool area that overlooks the golf course and ocean.

We had the best time. The layout was open and great for our big family. We had 5 kids under 4 years old and they had plenty of room to run and play. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had tons of questions and they answered everyone.
