With 7 bedrooms, 7 full baths & 2 half baths, 3 floors of living area, dual kitchens, incredible outdoor spaces, and 2,000 square feet of porches, it is the perfect spot to spend a getaway by the beach.  It was even featured on Bravo's "Top Chef" Season 14!  Step out back to enjoy the private saltwater pool or take the elevator up to the third floor rooftop deck for a view of the Atlantic Ocean. The pool can now be heated in the colder months or chilled in the warm summers, making it a true year-round oasis!  Centrally located on Isle of Palms, across the street from the 29th Street beach access, one block from the IOP Recreation Center & playground, and just 20 minutes from Downtown Historic Charleston, you can't beat this location!  The Recreation Center offers popular new pickle ball courts, and the owner keeps a few paddles at the house for you to use!
 

When you enter this charming home on the first floor, you will find four out of the seven bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms (Bedroom #1: King, Bedroom #2: Two Queen Beds, Bedroom #3: King, and Bedroom #4: King).  You can take advantage of a bonus kitchen and comfortable sitting room with TV (note: all bedrooms and living areas have Smart TVs with YouTube TV available!) & wide sliding doors leading out to the covered porch.  A laundry area with washer/dryer are also on this level.  
 

Going up to the main living area on the second floor, you will be greeted by natural light from the surrounding balconies and beachy vibes. This level of the home features an open room floor plan with abundant seating for all, new furniture (with extra-deep cushions!), and a breakfast nook.  The primary kitchen, which has upgraded appliances, a gas range, and lots of counter space, is an ideal spot to cook and entertain large groups. Enjoy memorable meals at the massive dining table (seats 14+) or gather in the main living room, highlighted by comfortable seating and lots of natural light. Get your beach playlist ready, as the home also boasts a Sonos sound system! Step outside on the deck to relax in the hammock & rocking chairs or enjoy late night conversations on the outdoor sectional sofa, all while taking in the ocean breezes on the screened in front porch. The tasteful master suite (Bedroom #5) on this level boasts a contemporary style, King Bed, porch access, its owner additional washer & dryer, and renovated private bathroom with a free-standing tub & large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, AND an expansive closet with custom shelving.
 

The third floor of the home offers two additional bedrooms (Bedroom #6: two Full-over-Full Bunk Beds with Trundles and Bedroom #7: Queen), both with ensuite bathrooms, and a rec room with wet bar, TV, bean bags, and games - ideal for the kids to hang out and enjoy! Accessible from the third level, you will find the most incredible ocean view from the rooftop deck where you can soak up the sun during the day and watch amazing sunsets in the evening.
 

The newly updated outdoor spaces will be a retreat to remember.  In addition to the large private saltwater pool, you'll enjoy a gas grill, patio seating, lounge chairs and a new 8-10 person jacuzzi hot tub with advanced jet system for ultra relaxation. (Ask our team about heating or cooling the pool!) Just inside the garage you'd find a ping-pong table and a full outdoor kitchen with hibachi-style grill!  There is also a half bath in the garage for convenience. The property has four Lazy Days hammocks, so you can really adapt to beach life! The front and the backyard are individually fenced in for privacy with newly-installed astroturf - plus there are beautiful, historic oak trees surrounding the property!

This is our 2nd year staying on Isle of Palms and we were excited to rent this house- it didnt disappoint! We had 15 adults and 4 kids and there was so much room! The house was decorated so nice and the furniture and bedding were very comfortable. Our favorite places were the big open porches, the garage with ping pong table and 3rd floor play area for the kids. There was something for everyone! It was so convenient to have kitchens on all levels and 2 laundry rooms. The only thing we didnt know is the elevator doesnt go to the bottom. We had elderly parents and were hoping they didnt have to do stairs but they were able to do the ones to the first floor and use the elevator after that. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing home that will accommodate many guests with the amenities of your own home. The location is fabulous, the pool is divine after a hot day on the beach and the outside areas of the homes are just a bonus. I would highly recommend the home for your next girls' trip or family trip. It will allow enough room for everyone to be comfortable throughout your stay. The low-speed vehicle is also a bonus.

Our family of 16 had a wonderful week at 2807 Palm Blvd. The house is beautiful and with 2 kitchens worked very well, since we have a family member with severe allergies. We spent lots of time in the pool and loved the easy beach access.

My family and I had a fabulous time. The pool had privacy and the beach was just across the street. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space when they wanted it. We also hired Chef Owen to prepare dinner one night. His food was outstanding and he was so personable.

It was great watching the 4th of July Fireworks from the Widow's walk top porch! The Yellow Pearl has many gathering spaces for family members to spread out and enjoy themselves. The management team was responsive, friendly and professional. We appreciated the use of pool toys and towels provided.

Our family simply loved staying here. With three full floors, there was plenty of room for an extended family of 11, including 4 children age five or under. The master bedroom with standalone tub and dual showers were terrific. The rooftop patio offered a great view of the ocean and was perfect for socializing at sunset, as were the two extended porches on the lower levels. The dining room, with a table that could seat over 14, was perfect for family dining during every meal. A great place to meet to plan your day or discuss the day you just had. The pool was great for the kids and the path to the beach was just across the road, so there was easy access to the beach. The management staff were readily available to assist with all of our requests (which were few). The only negatives, and they were genuinely minor and didn't impact the quality of our stay, were a couple of torn screens in doors and the front porch is in need of a new paint job. I would highly recommend this home to others.

Perfect escape to host out of town guests. The bathroom renovations are amazing and the heated pool really made our trip. Also having a kids area on the 3rd floor minimized the chaos. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at The Yellow Pearl for Thanksgiving between our two families and Sweetgrass was easy to deal with and work with during our stay. The only thing I would recommend is renting a golf cart for your stay to get around the island. I look forward to staying at their Asheville location.

This home is 5 stars. We took 6 adults, 2 teens, a 6 year, a 3 year old and 2 infants for Fall Break. This home had something for everyone. Would definitely book The Yellow Pearl again! Some extra special touches: a heated pool, the outdoor shower with temp controls to spray off sand with warm water, a high chair, a master shower to die for, a 3rd floor perfect for teens with video games and foosball, ping pong & full size foosball in the garage. The best part for us & our littles was the screened porch off the main living area (with no stair access to anywhere else) complete with comfortable furniture, rockers, Jenga and a little putting green that entertained the 6 & 3 year old! They could be out there by themselves. I’m sure I sound like a paid spokesperson but I’m not. We just had an awesome family vacation!

The beach access was easy to get to, right across the street with fresh white sand to step on. Truthfully, we enjoyed the house and the pool so much, we hardly ventured out for a week. If you’re considering this property for your family vacation, The Yellow Pearl will not disappoint! The set up of the house is perfect for large groups with mixed ages - there are plenty of spaces for the children to play (top floor Rec room!) and adults to socialize (two full living rooms!), and also large common areas for everyone to be together. The large dining room table and front porches have plenty of room for everyone. We also loved the location - at the corner of Palm Blvd. and 29th you are right across the street from the beach access, one block from the Rec Center that has an amazing playground and full court gym, and near to downtown IOP and the grocery store. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The large trees in the front provide shade from the hot summer sun and privacy from busy Palm Blvd. The pool in the back is perfect for a break from the beach. We loved our time at The Yellow Pearl and hope we get to visit again soon!

We enjoyed our stay in the Island of Palms. The Yellow Pearl was perfect for our family of 14 from 3 generations. Pool was perfect too. Unfortunately, it rained ALOT, but luckily the house has a number of great porches to hangout on.

We were 12 adults celebrating a 40th birthday and this house was exactly what we needed. Everything was just as described online and a few things were even better than pictures! The screened in porch was the best room in the house and we loved that the house had plenty of chairs/products for us. One complaint is that a few of the beds had older, uncomfortable mattresses but overall we were extremely pleased with this rental! My one piece of advice to future rentals is to obey noise ordinance and just go inside.

My husband and I rented the Yellow Pearl for our wedding weekend for us and our wedding party and their spouses to stay in and it was absolutely perfect. So much space to spread out between the 3 floors, we spent so much time on the porches and in the backyard by the pool but there was also plenty of room for our friends who had to do some work on Friday to have a quiet private space to do so. Such great location to the beach and being right on Palm Blvd made it easy for our wedding trolley to pick us up. Everyone is still talking about the stunning master bathroom and how we need to plan another visit to the Yellow Pearl where we get to spend the whole time relaxing. Property management staff were so nice and accommodating dropping off the guys suits that were delivered to the office. With such a large group I was worried about noise but the house is so large it wasn’t a problem at all, would definitely recommend! 10/10

My wife and I had high hopes for our family's weeklong stay at the Yellow Pearl, and they surpassed on all accounts. We were all amazed at the size and capabilities of the property, and could not have imagined a more perfect house for our seven adults and grandson. The house was immaculate upon our arrival, and the location in Isle of Palms was perfect. The bedrooms layout made all four families / couples very comfortable and allowed the space and privacy which is priceless in family gatherings. Our children have already informed us that we will be returning to the Yellow Pearl quite often in the future. We feel very lucky to have found this exceptional beach property.

Our family just spent a lovely week at The Yellow Pearl. It was a perfect house for all ages - including our young children and dog. Being right across from the beach access made going to be beach a breeze. It’s also close to a lovely playground and dog park. The saltwater pool was wonderfully relaxing. Can’t wait to go again next year.

Where do I even begin...The Yellow Pearl was our favorite beach vacation on Isle of Palms to date (we have been visiting for over 20+ years). The home has everything you could ask for and more. We loved all the space so multiple families could feel like they had room to spread out, but still have a central gathering place for all to be together on the main level and enjoy dinner at the amazingly dining room table. Having coffee in the morning all together and watch the sun rise on the screen porch was heaven. When we were not basking in the sun we basically lived on the screened porch. The beach access is literally right across the street and could not be more convenient! The best part is it was pet friendly so our pups were on vacation themselves. Morning and evening beach runs were a huge hit. The pool is the perfect size and truly was an oasis on its own. The master bathroom is to die for!! One of our favorite spots in the afternoon and the evening was to sit out on the rooftop deck and enjoy watching the sunset and the waves crash over the beach. The home feels very private as well with all the tree coverage and a great fenced in front yard area with stunning up lighting in the evening. I could go on and on for days how wonderful our stay was. The home was clean, well equipped for all your kitchen needs, and all the beds were cozy and comfy. We will definitely be back as The Yellow Pearl now is our number one choice for our next beach vacation!"

My family and two other families stayed at The Yellow Pearl April 2021. We give this place our highest recommendation! It is the perfect location, across from the water, in between the downtown of IOP, the resort of Wild Dunes and one block behind the house was a county recreation park with basketball, baseball, tennis, and soccer courts; even a playground. We spread out into every inch of this house and all of it was perfect. The dining table was set for 14 people, the screened in deck was wonderful. The pool gave us a break from the beach, and the garage was used for ping pong and housed all of our beach gear. Having 2 kitchens and 2 washer dryers was very helpful. And the icing on the cake was connecting us with Tyler who helped us navigate restaurants and shopping. He was a wealth of knowledge on how to maximize out stay with 6 adults and 8 elementary age kids. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. Thank you for sharing the Yellow Pearl with us for the week! We loved being able to pop out and hop right across the street to the beach in no time. The pool was a wonderful place to kick back after a long hot day. There's plenty of room to lounge under the live oaks all around the house, between the 6 different porches on 3 different floors. Out first order of business when we return home is to figure out which dates we are going to book for next year. Again, we truly enjoyed your beautiful home.
