Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

*Notice:  This house is not a party house and events are not allowed.  We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM.  No more than 12 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes.  If policies are not adhered to, fines may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.  Thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe, clean, enjoyable home for all future renters.

This is a wonderful home with a beautiful view of the ocean. There is plenty of room for family and friends. It is nicely furnished, has a big kitchen, and has a large wrap-around back porch. The beach is just a short walk up the boardwalk. This is a perfect place to make memories for you and your family!

Our family had a great week at this Sullivan’s Island beach house. The location was perfect for making memories—cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen, eating on the porch with ocean views, and searching for shells at sunrise. The private boardwalk made beach access easy, and the hammock was a great spot to relax.Being close to restaurants like Home Team BBQ, Poe’s Tavern, and The Longboard was a plus. The house was comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a true oceanfront stay with great amenities, this is a solid choice.

We will be coming back!

A beautiful well-maintained home that feels like a home and not just a rental. We could tell that a lot of thought and care have gone into the decor of this house. The kitchen is large with very nice appliances. We were a big crew that loves to cook so this was very important to us. We spent most of our time on the large covered deck taking in the gorgeous ocean views. After our days at the beach, we would walk to the house through private access path and let the kids play on the large grassy yard while we grilled outside. The home is very clean and the sheets and beds were very comfortable. We are very happy we chose this home for our cross-country beach vacation and we will be coming back!

This spacious beachfront house on IOP was perfect for our large group, with en-suite bathrooms for most of the bedrooms, making it very comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook big meals, while the grill and large backporch was a great bonus for outdoor dining featuring stunning ocean views. The house has its own beach access, which was very convenient, and a wagon, chairs, and cooler were provided to make getting to the beach a breeze. It’s not far from great restaurants and bars too. The host was super responsive and provided everything we needed. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!
