Stationed just steps away from beach access on the iconic and coveted Palm Boulevard, you’ll arrive to ocean sounds and the smell of salty breezes. Take pleasure in the convenient ground floor elevator, accessible from the expansive 4-car garage for unloading and unpacking with ease. 

Upon entering the first floor, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and expansive floor plan. On the oceanside of the house you’ll find the living area, dining area, and chef’s kitchen. All dazzling in their own right, and intentionally designed to create a premiere guest experience, it allows for entertaining and spending time together as seamless as possible.

This loft-style suite, which takes up the entire top level of the home, features an entertainment room with a Smart TV, games, and access to another sun deck with ocean views. Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

This house is not a party house and events are not allowed.  We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM.  No more than 16 adults should be occupying the home. Also, please be respectful of the property furnishings, amenities, and neighboring homes.  If policies are not adhered to, fines may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home.  Thank you for helping us continue to provide a safe, clean, enjoyable home for all future renters.

We stayed in this house with our ladies party of 15 for a 50th birthday. It was perfect in every way. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, two ice makers, easy beach access, golf cart delivery, and beautiful outdoor area.

Loved the house. Deck and pool off of the great room was so wonderful and easy to watch the grandchildren. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The management team was proactive and extremely helpful in resolving any issues we had. It would be helpful to get a one week out inventory sheet from the house to know what’s there so that we don’t duplicate necessary items, such as high chairs, pack n plays, beach chairs. Special shout out to Crystal for all her help. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect spring getaway for a large group of longtime friends. The house was beautiful - as described or better. Large open plan living areas leading out to the deck/pool/hot tub. Clean, bright, airy, comfortable, "beachy" feel. The views of the ocean from the top two floors were just lovely. Anything we needed or requested was provided very quickly by the managing team. We all want to return - hopefully soon!

The house was perfect for our all the adults and kids. The pool was used all day. Access to the beach was so convenient. I highly recommend the property. It is a beautiful home and if there was any issue Sweetgrass properties got right on it (including help on Labor day Monday using the emergency number) My only negative note on this is that the house should provide ample beach towels.

We love this house. It fits our large extended family very well. Close to the beach, beautifully decorated, large rooms with great bathrooms. Great pool and deck with cover and the pool is semi shaded in late afternoon. Sweetgrass properties is wonderful to work with. There are some small things that need attention: one row of wire fence on pool deck has been broken since last year, drapes in several bedrooms need to be rehung, needs a couple new skillets, grill has been terrible for two years, needs to be replaced, missed the outdoor tv very much, could use a new stock pot for crab boils. Other than that we adore this house and hope to return.

Beautiful house in a great location, with easy walking access to the beach across the street. The 8 bedrooms with individual full baths worked great for our extended family. The pool and hot tub was a grandkid favorite. Sweetgrass was prompt and professional with a few issues we had and quickly dealt with them. A great spot for a large group.

This house is absolutely stunning. There is so much room but the most amazing part is THE SERVICE. This house is newly on the rental circuit and we had a few tiny things we needed assistance with as they were working out some kinks. We reached out to them and in EIGHT MINUTES someone was at our front door. All of the staff was amazing and friendly and prompt. The location of this house to the beach is great with a short walk. All of the amenities are top notch and the decor is beautiful. We will absolutely stay here again!!
