This newly remodeled 1-bedroom condo with expansive unparalleled ocean views is perfect for a rejuvenating beach vacation in the gated community of Wild Dunes. It features hardwood floors, newly-renovated kitchen and bathrooms, large community resort-style pool, and gorgeous oceanfront views from nearly every room!

The open concept living room offers a smart TV (with Netflix access), queen sleeper sofa, and breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen is highlighted by custom cabinets, new stainless-steel appliances and Quartz countertops and is fully stocked with a Keurig and all the requirements of a chef’s kitchen. Coming off of the kitchen is a cozy dining nook with seating for 4 and floor to ceiling windows and an abundance of natural light. A sliding glass door leads from the living room to a private screened porch, allowing you to enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment while taking in the magnificent ocean view and sea breeze!

A daybed decorates the foyer area, which has pocket doors, turning this space into a private room. The daybed also as an additional Trundle bed for additional sleeping for 1. The bathroom has a double glass shower, glass subway tiles and pebbled stone tiled base. A washer and dryer are included for your convenience.

The bedroom is furnished with a lush king bed, several large dressers, and 43’’ smart 4K UHD TV with DVD player. Wake up to the sights of the ocean as the bed has a direct view of the beach. A sliding glass door also opens from the bedroom to the screened porch with additional views of the courtyard and resort pool. Natural light floods the villa through three-inch-wide Plantation shutters throughout the bedroom and living room.

For the avid golfer, the Villa is located a par five away from the world-renowned Links golf course clubhouse and course driving range. Within Wild Dunes, take advantage of the palm-tree lined streets for biking, walking, hiking or tennis. For those venturing out, downtown Charleston and the foodie scene is less than 30 minutes away!

Enjoy the complimentary beach chairs as the beach is merely steps away. Linens are included in rental. Elevator access to the unit is right outside the front door.

Our properties DO NOT have access to the Wild Dunes Resort Pools or Fitness Center, the only pool access is the Port O' Call Community Pool.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

202E Port O’Call was nothing short of magical! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean right from the balcony and living room — truly postcard perfect. The condo itself is spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. The decor is coastal-chic without being overdone, and the open layout made it feel spacious and welcoming. The king bed was incredibly comfortable (we slept like rocks!), and waking up to the sound of the waves was the ultimate luxury. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking in, but we also loved exploring the local restaurants just a short drive or bike ride away. The direct beach access made it so easy to go back and forth during the day, and the beach was never too crowded — soft sand, gentle waves, and plenty of space to stretch out and unwind. We also took advantage of the private pool and the well-maintained grounds of Wild Dunes — everything felt secure, peaceful, and just the right mix of resort-style amenities with a private, intimate feel. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat, a solo reset, or a peaceful base for island adventures, PC202E is a dream come true. We’ve stayed at several beach rentals over the years, and this one easily ranks at the top. Can’t wait to book our next stay! The service and attention to detail from Sweetgrass Properties was exceptional! We had a thunderstorm and the TV stopped working. We had a new TV the very next day. This was a spontaneous trip and absolutely amazing. The condo was clean, decorated so cute, comfortable sofa and beds. The screen porch a BONUS in the south. Short walk to beach with outside shower. Views were good from our angle. Room E202 faced south with morning shade and a little evening shade. Not blasted by sun at all. We were not facing another building, nice open view of grass and condo pool. Easy instructions to check in with code to room. If this is privately owned, please pass this along to them. The property was as stated. Nice location, clean, porch was nice but buggy in eve. Bring bug spray. You are on the 2nd floor, it’s apartment living and may hear neighbors. You have a beautiful view of the ocean and the pool is steps away.

This condo was perfect for our 30th anniversary trip. It is beautiful, bright, updated and we'll equipped with anything you could need. The bed is very comfortable and the views of the ocean from the screened porch very relaxing. It was a quiet and relaxing getaway for my husband and I. I would recommend this unit and definitely use it again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

We enjoyed our visit but have some suggestions compared to other similar places we have stayed at Wild Dunes. First, I was very impressed how fast of a response I received when I called with questions. Our dishwasher did not work and within 30 minutes a repairman was there to service it and he promptly replied by text when it was fixed. When the elevator did not work, again shortly after I called it was working. Our unit was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. I did have to purchase items like hangers (only 1 provided), paper towels, storage containers, hand soap and other basic kitchen needs. It was disclosed to us there would be supplies for 2-3 days but more were needed since we stayed longer. These are just suggestions and we look forward to visiting again - loved the area!

Week stay at Port O Call 202E

My husband and 2 kids spent one week in Isle of Palms and stayed in Port O Call 202E. This was our 2nd time in Port O Call but our first in 202E. The unit was nice, clean and up to date. The amenities in the unit were on the newer side. The dryer had frequent error codes that needed it to be restarted and would only stay on if the filter was appropriately cleaned. It was frustrating at first but once we figured the work around it was ok. The unit also had several beach chairs and beach toys which was great for our family. All in all we had a great time and definitely recommend Port O Call in the Isle of Palms. Mona

My wife and I enjoyed our vacation at this property. Everything in the unit was as represented, and the pool and beach access were great. The bed and other furniture were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The property was easily accessed, and the property management company stayed in contact with us from the time our reservation was placed until we checked out. When we sent emails with questions they were answered very promptly. The furniture, appliances, and utensils appear to be in great shape. The beach chairs were also a great convenience as was the screened in sitting area. We highly recommend this unit to other travelers.

We absolutely loved spending the week in Wild Dunes and staying at Port O'Call 202E. We have stayed at many condos at Port O'Call over the last six years and this was our favorite. The condo was clean and well equipped. We loved all the storage, which came in handy with two young children. The washer and dryer worked incredibly well, as well. We loved everything about this condo and will definitely be back! Also, a big THANK YOU to Sweetgrass for being such an easy company to work with!

We have stayed at Port O'Call before but not with this company or this particular property. Let me first say that this property is well maintained and the owner has thought of everything, down to the littest detail. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I got up in the middle of the night and realized there was a night light....in several places!! The property has been upgraded and was overall extremely nice and pleasant. PLENTY of room for my family of 3 but could have easily fit 1-2 more people and still felt spacious. We did experience an issue with the lock on the door and wasn't able to get in. I called the management company and explained we were headed in for a late lunch but could not get in and were without a bathroom too. The operator stated that she would get someone out as soon as possible but she also wasn't sure if the person needed was on a job already or not. Within 10min Crystal was at our door fixing it. She said she saw we were locked out and needed lunch and a bathroom so she hurried over because that was an emergency in her book. I appreciated the prompt response and the personal ownership she took to get their fast. (so did my little one who desparately needed to go). I feel certain that we will be back to this property and will use this company again. Thank you for making our vacation spectacular.

We had a great stay! The screened balcony was wonderful. A couple of small things: The stove had built-up grease across the front where the knobs are located. I cleaned it immediately. There is lots of seating which made it a tad crowded with furniture. We would stay in this condo again! The pool area was excellent and walk to the beach was short. We also had a really nice view of the ocean from our balcony.

The condo was immaculate and just as pictured online. We will definitely rent again if we are in Wild Dunes. Sweetgrass Realty responded immediately to a slightly clogged bathroom sink. Just a couple of suggestions to the owners that will be helpful for future renters: the sliding glass door from the bedroom to the porch is difficult to open/close, a soap dish is needed in the bathroom and directions for the front door lock would be helpful. This is a lovely condo and well equipped.

We enjoyed this bright and roomy condo on IOP. We appreciated noticing that everything had been cleaned and kept up; not just a quick wiping up in between guests checking in and out. The layout with pocket doors and also a deck accessed by 2 sliding doors allowed for us and 2 young adult children to have a nice beach/golf vacation with a short drive to also enjoy Charleston.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It is steps away from the beach, very clean and tidy and new feeling, and equipped with everything we needed. The beach area was gorgeous. Perfect for either a family vacation or a couples retreat. You can see the ocean from the lovely screened in porch. The kitchen and bathroom are updated and it has a new washer and dryer in the unit. We can’t wait to come back.

This is our 4th trip to Port O'Call, but our 1st time in this condo. It by far is our favorite. The porch is awesome and very clean and the table was nice enough to eat all of our meals sitting outside. There was a well stocked kitchen and great shower. Hope to be back next year.

Our second stay in this unit and plan to return. It is updated, love the colors. The couch is worn out and could stand to be replaced. The locks on the sliding glass doors don't work, either one of them. Sweetgrass has been wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

My significant other and I agree this was the best place we have ever vacationed - the location, the beach, all of Wild Dunes Resort...AND this condominium as well! We were prepared to feel the usual slight to major disappointment when we walked in the door but there was none of that! It smelled great, was perfectly clean and newly remodeled and redecorated from top to bottom - even the cooking utensils and appliances were new. We could see the ocean and the pool from the screened in porch and we could sleep with the doors open because they both open onto the screened in porch. It was...just perfect! Thank you!

The condo is in a tremendous location and very nicely done overall. It is perfect for a 2 adult/2 children trip and could squeeze another small child if you must. Close to beach. Only item to bring up is couch is probably in need of an upgrade. EVERYTHING else is amazing and perfect. Great customer service as well! We would return!

This is our second visit to 202E Port O'Call and we love it. There are some things that need addressing such as the door does not lock all the time. Someone from Sweetgrass came and it locked with her but then we had trouble the rest of the stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay regardless!

Great Condo steps from the beach

We just spent a week at this beautiful condo. It is steps from the expansive sandy beach and overlooks the pool. The condo is equipped with everything needed, especially the kitchen for someone who likes to cook.The bed was very comfortable and the unit has a daybed and pull out trundle as well. The view of the ocean from the condo and the screened in porch was amazing. This unit has obviously been renovated recently and has new kitchen appliances. We will definitely be back!

Great vacation company to work with, best by far on the island. Easy to book, very responsive, and had everything ready when we arrived. We've stayed at several condos in Port O' Call and this was by far the best! Newly renovated, larger kitchen than the other Port O' Call units, unbelievable view from the screened in porch. This unit also had a super comfy daybed with trundle our 2 kids loved sleeping on, and also a pullout couch that could sleep 2 more but we didn't use it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a Keurig machine! My husband loves to cook when we are on vacation and this kitchen has everything that you would need to cook all your meals. This unit was perfect as it was right on the beach and steps to the golf course clubhouse and driving range for my husband. You have to try the pimiento spread at the clubhouse restaurant, it's to die for! The condo was very open and had a bright "beachy" décor and felt very relaxing for our family. We loved this unit and already planning to book our next visit here in Dec!
