    Rachael in reservations was so helpful. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was perfect for our needs. Loved having morning coffee on the porch.

    Villa was very clean and updated. Easy 6-7 min walk to the beach. We were thrilled to have a pet friendly accommodation, our dog thoroughly enjoyed her vacation, too. Our son visited from Charleston 2 nights and slept on the sleeper sofa and said it was not comfortable (only down side.) Would stay here again.

    The villa was clean, cute and a perfect size for our group. The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was so nice for our morning cup of coffee! It’s a quick walk to the beach & cafe. The only negative thing was the couch in the living room, it was very uncomfortable.

    Very nice condo and great location. Couch needs to be updated and a TV added to the small bedroom. Enjoyed the back porch watching the rain.

    Had an amazing time visiting Kiawah this labor day weekend and staying at the 4522 Parkside Villa. The condo was in great condition and we felt right at home. The location is a bit of a walk to the beach, but we decided to take the car and park at the sanctuary. Overall a great stay and we would look forward to staying here again! Thanks Sweetgrass for the great hospitality!

The location is convenient with the beach, biking/running path, soccer field, basketball court, and playground all within walking distance. Kiawah is absolutely beautiful and it was amazing to come back to a nice place and a comfy bed!

    This villa is in an excellent location in a private park setting. It is also a short walk to the beach and The Nest at Night Heron Park. We stayed in this villa last year and were very pleased with the updates done by the new owners. The kitchen is better equipped with cookware, glassware, and dishes. Our only minor complaint was that the couch is not comfortable but we got used to that. I would definitely stay here again.

    We absolutely loved our stay! Perfect location backing up to the park and just a short walk to the beach. Super comfy mattress and the villa was well stocked with everything we need. Can’t wait to come back!

    Very nicely furnished and beach themed decor. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. Very clean! Just a little noise when we had guests above us. Easy walk to the beach and easy access to trails for walking or biking.
